Terms and Conditions



This Digicel “It Takes Two to Win” (the “Promotion”) Frequently asked Questions (“FAQs”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion for a chance to win a prize. You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.

“We” or “us” means Caribbean Cable Communications (Montserrat) Limited a company registered under the laws of Montserrat with registered offices at Brades. References to “we”, “our”, “us” and “Digicel” in these Terms also include our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time. “I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms incorporate the My Digicel App Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and the Digicel Pick & Win Terms and Conditions which you can access via the My Digicel App and .

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18), you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.


1.       What is the Digicel “It Takes Two to Win” Promotion?

We are offering our Digicel prepaid & postpaid customers the opportunity to participate in the Digicel “It Takes Two to Win” Promotion (the “Promotion”), subject to these terms and conditions.  Each participant has a chance to win a Couple’s Spa package by finding and collecting all the puzzle pieces when they play Pick & Win. Each Wednesday during the Promotional Period, participants will have a guaranteed chance to play Pick & Win. On any other day, participants must activate an Eligible Plan in the App, or pay their bill in the App in order to play Pick & Win. Each participant who collects all the puzzle pieces will have a chance to win the Couple’s Spa Package.


2.       What is the Prize?

The prize is a Couple’s Spa package.


3.       When does the Promotion start and end?

The Promotion is valid from 12:00 February 1, 2023 through to 23:59 February 14, 2023 (the “Promotional Period”).

4.       Who can participate in the Promotion?

Participants must be a prepaid or postpaid mobile Digicel customer from Montserrat, and must play Pick & Win. To play between Tuesdays to Monday, participants must activate an eligible plan in the My Digicel App or be on a Postpaid Prime Bundle. On Wednesdays during the Promotional Period, participants will have automatic access to play Pick & Win.

The following customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion:


a.     Any person who, at any time on or after August 1, 2022, was or is a director, officer, employee, or agent of Digicel Montserrat or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies, independent contractors or suppliers of services to Digicel Montserrat;

b.     Families of our employees;

c.     Employees and families of employees of any company associated with this Promotion, including any provider of the Prize;

d.     Persons under the age of eighteen (18); and

e.     Persons who do not reside in Montserrat.


5.       Which Digicel Plans are included in the Promotion?

Please see below list of plans that are qualify you to participate in the Promotion (the “Eligible Plans”):

                        3, 7 or 30 Day Prime Plus Bundle.



6.       How do I participate in the Promotion?

i.             To participate in the Promotion, you will need to complete one of the following actions:

i.       Play Pick & Win on Tuesdays to Mondays during the Promotional Period by activating an Eligible Plan via the MyDigicel App, or paying a postpaid or Digicel+ bill via the MyDigicel App.

ii.     Automatically play Pick & Win on each Wednesday during the Promotional Period.

ii.           Once you have played Pick & Win, you have the chance to win different puzzle pieces to a heart. The more you play Pick & Win during the promotional period, the more chances you have to complete the heart and win a prize.

iii.         You can see proof of each puzzle piece you have won my visiting Rewards History under the Pick & Win tab in the app.

iv.         Collect all puzzle pieces for a chance to win the Prize.


7.       How will the Winner be selected?

A participant who collected all puzzle pieces by playing Pick & Win will be selected as the winner.


8.       How will the Winner be notified?

a.     If you win the Prize, you will be directed to a confirmation page showing that you have won. A pop up will also appear on your screen informing you that you have won.


9.       What do I need to know about claiming the Prize if I am the Winner?

a.     If you win, Digicel will contact you by telephone.

b.     A maximum of three (3) attempts will be made to call you within a period of twenty-four (24) hours.

c.     If you do not accept our call, we will select another winner and repeat this process until the Couple’s Spa Package is awarded.

d.     During the telephone call, our Digicel representative will advise you where and how to redeem your Prize, which must be redeemed within fourteen (14) days of the call.

e.     You will need to present a valid Government issued photo ID (passport, voter’s identification card or driver’s license) and the phone used to participate in the Promotion. 

f.      You will be required to complete and sign a Redemption Form confirming receipt of the Prize.

g.     You agree that if you are a winner, you will permit photographs of you to be taken and for your image, likeness and name (your “Likeness”) to be used for public relations and marketing purposes free of cost, including the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free publishing of your Likeness on social media, mainstream media, the App and other platforms that we may choose. If you refuse to do so, you acknowledge that this will result in forfeiture of your right to claim the prize.

h.     Warranty and support information will be included in the product packaging.


Additional Terms and Conditions

A.    This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use.

B.     You are required to use a compatible smartphone to run the App and participate in the Promotion. A compatible smartphone is an Android (OS 4.0 or higher) or Apple (iOS 2.0 or higher) smartphone.

C.    We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused.

D.    We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you, at our discretion.

E.     You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for connectivity and data usage in relation to your use of the App, and your redemption of the Prize, including but not limited to Withholding Tax or any other applicable tax.

F.     This Promotion will be accessible to you while roaming, but the Prize may only be able to be redeemed in Montserrat.

G.   The Prize is non-transferable, and Digicel reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, or supersede the Promotion due to circumstances outside its control.

H.    Digicel’s decisions, including the selection of a Winner, are final and binding on all participants.

I.      Upon accepting the Prize, you may accept the manufacturer of the prize’s Terms and Conditions associated with the Prize, located at Emerald Serenity Spa and release us from any liability owing to defect or damage caused by or to the Prize.

J.     The manufacturer’s warranty and support information may be included in the Prize packaging. The Prize is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and Digicel makes no representation as to the functionality of the prize.

K.     The Prize is not exchangeable for cash.

L.     Participants must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to win.

M.   We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.

N.    Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of Digicel and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion for the purposes of administration of the Promotion (including publishing your full name and country and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the Selected Customer) and any other purposes to, which you have consented. O.   You agree to take part in any promotional, marketing or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by Digicel.  By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image, photograph for any and all programming and/or publicity or advertising purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media and formats used by Digicel’s or its agencies, without further compensation, throughout the world in perpetuity. If you refuse to do so, you forfeit your right to claim the Prize if you are selected as the Winner.

P.     In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you remain bound by our My Digicel App Terms and Conditions of Use.
