The Promotion is valid from February 25, 2022 – April 8, 2022 (the “Promotional Period”).
In order to be eligible for the Promotion, you must be a Prepaid Digicel Customer and activate a Prime or Prime Plus Bundle in the My Digicel App or the shortcode menu.
Additionally, you may participate if you reside in one of the following countries (“Participating Markets”):

The following Digicel Customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion:
a. ALL postpaid customers;
b. Any person who, at any time on or after August 1st, 2021, was or is a director, officer, employee, or agent of Digicel Montserrat or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies, independent contractors or suppliers of services to Digicel Montserrat;
c. Families of Employees;
d. Persons under the age of eighteen (18).
e. Persons who do not reside in Montserrat.
Step 1: Open the MyDigicel App.
Step 2: Go to the Plans & Bundles button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Once there, select the desired Prime or Prime Plus bundle.
Step 4: Click “Activate” to confirm activation of the Prime or Prime Plus bundle.
Step 5: You will automatically receive raffle tickets upon activation. Visit the home screen of the App to check your raffle ticket balance. 1 raffle ticket = 1 entry into the weekly and/or regional draws.
Step 6: A weekly draw will be held during each week of the Promotional Period. One winner will be selected each week.
Step 7: The Regional Grand Draw will be held on April 15th, 2022. A first, second and third place winner will be selected
If using UMM:
Step 1: Dial *664#.
Step 2: Click “2” to go to Prime or Prime Plus bundles.
Step 3: Choose the desired Prime or Prime Plus bundle.
Step 4: Activate the Prime or Prime Plus bundle.[JH1]
Step 5: You will automatically receive raffle tickets upon activation. Dial *120# to check your raffle ticket balance. [JG2] 1 raffle ticket = 1 entry into the weekly and/or regional draws.
