The ICT Support Technician provides technical support and assistance for all business

solutions customers. Undertakes diagnosis and resolution of technical problems and may work

directly with the customer and or vendors (via telephone, email, chat room or instant message)

to resolve. The ICT support technician also is responsible for the compilation of incident &

various network and platform performance reports. Reports would be compiled by the Managed

Service Desk


·         Attend, resolve, and report on all logged requests.

·         Perform hands-on configuration & staging, installation, evaluation and interconnection of

various network equipment

·         Troubleshoot and resolve network and customer premise equipment issues

·         Provide on-site support for Second and Third Level NOC Support Engineers

·         Maintains infrastructure equipment including servers, routers, firewalls and other related

hardware and software

·         Work with vendors to troubleshoot and optimize ICT services

·         Perform and document network changes and suggest network improvements and


·         Keep the Service Delivery Manager and/or Managed Service Desk informed at all times

regarding system administration/escalation.

·         Responsible for liaising with customer IT leads in relation to incident reports/resolution for both business as usual and any project assigned.

·         Performs related work: the duties listed above are intended only as illustrations of the

·         2 to 5 years relevant experience

·         Professional ITC certification such as CCNA, CompTIA Network + and Fortinet NSE

·         Telecoms experience is required with in-depth knowledge of ICT products and all associated hardware

·         Strong TCP/IP background and networking skills

·         Experience in Cisco equipment and management systems would be an asset



·         Knowledge and experience with network architecture and equipment (routers, switches,

hubs, firewalls, servers and related management systems, structured cabling)

·         Trouble shooting and analytical skills

·         Comfortable with dealing with all levels of management

·         Highly motivated and attention to detail.

PMO (Project/Program Management Office) Analyst

Reporting to our PMO Manager the PMO Analyst supports the project delivery teams and key stakeholders to ensure the required level of governance and control is applied across all project functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with project delivery teams to ensure effective project governance is applied throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure the PMO standards, procedures, tools and templates are rolled out and used consistently and effectively in all projects.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the Program and Project Managers on the completion of the PM framework templates and documents.
  • Be proactive in the ongoing development and continuous improvement of the PMO service, system, processes, tools and templates provided to all programs and projects.
  • Guide and support Project Managers in their correct use and application of Digicel process and tools.

Project/Program analysis and reporting such as

  • Exception management and decision-making reporting
  • Resource Utilization
  • Process Adherence
  • Work with key stakeholders to simplify and quality control project data and project set ups
  • Work as part of the PMO team to deliver high quality customer service to the stakeholders by providing support, challenge and skills development.

Qualifications and experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in a project/program environment or experience as a Senior Analyst role within a PMO
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) whilst not essential is desirable
  • Proven PMO/Program Analyst experience thorough understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management from a support perspective.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing presentations for senior management
  • Experienced in project and process analysis and confident presenting appropriate assessments and recommendations to all levels
  • Experience with a time reporting system, managing time entries for project teams, , ensuring appropriate project set-up for reporting.
