These Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion. You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating.


“We” or “us” means Digicel St. Lucia a company registered under the laws of St. Lucia with registered offices at Gros- Islet References to “we”, “our”, “us” and “Digicel” in these Terms also include our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.


“I” or “you” means the Digicel prepaid or postpaid customer participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).


By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18), you should not participate in the Promotion.




1.     What is this Promotion about?

Digicel’s Shake and Share the Love Promotion has two parts:

·       Shake and Share the Love Jackpot Cash Calls and

·       Shake and Share the Love Shake It


2.     What is the difference between both parts making up the Promotion?

a.     The Cash Calls will be made live on Blazin FM and the winning customer must know the Valentine Phrase to win.

b.     The Shake It Promotion will see customers shaking via the My Digicel App to win Valentine’s themed Prizes.


3.     How do I qualify?

To qualify, prepaid customers must activate a Digicel Prime Bundle and Postpaid Customers must upgrade to a Postpaid Prime Bundle.


4.     Why is the Cash Call called a Jackpot?

The Cash Call is called a jackpot because if the person called today does not know the phrase, the money is stacked onto the next day’s call. And will continue to stack up until there is a winner.  




5.     What can I win when I Shake on My Digicel App?

Customers can win a Grand Prize of his and hers Samsung Galaxy S20s, Valentine Baskets, desserts and other prizes when they qualify to shake.


6.     What do I win if I answer correctly on the Radio Cash Calls?

Cash call winners can win $500 daily or the jackpot amount that is stacked up from the previous days if applicable.


7.     How can I activate a Digicel Prime Bundle?

You can activate a Digicel Prime Bundle via the My Digicel App or by dialing *140#


8.     How do I upgrade to a Postpaid Prime Bundle?

You can upgrade your Postpaid Account at any Digicel Location.


9.     How many times can I Shake to Win?

Prepaid customers can shake everyday once they have an active plan.


10.  Where can I find the MyDigicel App?

The MyDigicel app can be found in your preferred App Store.

11.  How do I claim my prize?

If you are a cash call winner, your name and number will be forwarded to a Digicel Marketing Representative from the radio station. You will then be given a call and advised of prize collection. If you are a MyDigicel Shake It winner, you call Customer Care by dialing 100 from your handset and will be advised of the next steps.

12.  Do I have to take a photo if I win?

Yes, winning customers would need to take a photo to claim winnings. If refused, Digicel reserves the right to select another customer to reward.





Additional Terms and Conditions


A. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any prizes redeemed through this Promotion.


B. You are required to use a compatible smartphone to run the App and participate in the Promotion. A compatible smartphone is an Android (OS 4.0 or higher) or Apple (iOS 2.0 or higher) smartphone.


C. We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.


D. We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you, at our discretion.


E. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for claiming and collection of prizes and for connectivity and data usage in relation to your use of the App. 


F. Please note that once roaming, you will not be able to participate in the Promotion.


G. If a prize is unavailable, we may, at our discretion, substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal value and/or specification.


H. We reserve the right to award any forfeited prize to the next qualifying customer in order of number of streams; 


I. Prizes are not exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.


J. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.


K. Any personal data relating to you will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by us to assist with running the Promotion on our behalf and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without your prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion for the purposes of administration of the Promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are selected) and any other purposes to which you have consented. L. Except in the event of its negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming or collecting any prize.
