Digicel wishes to advise the public that in light of the implementation of the Government’s 2.5% Health and Citizen Security Levy, customers can expect to see an increase in their bill total as of October 1st , 2023. This will be applicable across our entire range of products and services including mobile, Digicel+ and Digicel Business.

These “Prime 4 D’vaval” Promotion (the “Promotion”) frequently asked questions (“FAQs”) and terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion for chances to win Costumes, Fete tickets, Prime Plus bundles plus your share of $30,000 in cash throughout the St. Lucia Carnival period. You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.
“We” or “us” means Digicel St. Lucia Limited, a company registered under the laws of St.Lucia with registered offices at ECFH building, Gros- Islet. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18) you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.
1. What is the “Prime 4 D’vaval” Promotion?
Digicel is offering our customers the opportunity to win Costumes, Fete Tickets, Prime Plus Bundles, Handsets and your share of $30,000 in cash this carnival. Any customer who activates a Prime Plus Bundle in store, from resellers, via the MyDigicel App or by UMM short code would get a chance to win. Customers who sign up for Digicel + internet, switch to Digicel or pay their postpaid bill in full and on time will also qualify to win. Customers are encouraged to increase their chances of winning by increasing the frequency of their activations.
2. What is the Promotional Period for the Promotion?
The Promotion is valid from June 17th, 2022 – July 15st, 2022 (the “Promotional Period”).
3. Who is eligible to enter the Promotion (an “Eligible Customer”)?
In order to be eligible for the Promotion, you must be:
a. A Digicel Prepaid Customer and activate a Prime Plus bundle in the My Digicel App or from any Digicel Retail Store/ Reseller or by using the UMM shortcode *140#.
b. A Digicel Postpaid customer with an active Prime Plus bundle and paid their bill in full.
c. Sign up for Digicel + home fibre internet
4. Who cannot participate in the Promotion?
The following Digicel Customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion:
a. Any person who, at any time on or after August 1st, 2021, was or is a director, officer, employee, or agent of Digicel St. Lucia or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies, independent contractors or suppliers of services to Digicel St. Lucia Ltd;
b. Families of Employees;
c. Persons under the age of eighteen (18).
5. How many customers can win in this promotion?
- A total of 21 customers will win prizes in the “Prime 4 D’vaval” promotion in addition to other random winners executed by the marketing department. One customer will win daily on radio. Prizes are awarded every Monday-Friday during the promotional period.
6. How will the winners be notified?
- The daily winners will be called live on radio via Hot 105.3 FM. Winners will then be prompted to collect their prize at the Digicel Baywalk store once ready.
7. Where can the prizes be redeemed?
Prizes can be redeemed at the Digicel Corporate Office unless otherwise advised by the Marketing Rep notifying the winners of their earnings.
8. How does the Promotion work?
Step 1: Activate any Prime Plus Bundle, Sign up for Digicel + or Pay your bill
Step 2: Wait for the daily lucky call
9. Will customers be notified when to participate in Promotion?
Yes, customers will be notified throughout the Promotional Period to participate via Radio ads & talk points, Interviews, SMS reminders, Social Media and other forms of communication as Digicel deems fit.
10. Can I participate in the Promotion while roaming?
This Promotion is not accessible while roaming.
11. What will Winners need to present in order to claim Prizes?
Winners must present a valid Government issued photo ID (passport, voter’s identification card or driver’s licence). The winner will be required to complete and sign a redemption form confirming their receipt of the prize and a Consent and Release Form authorizing the use of their picture (where they chose to do so) on Social Media.
Additional Terms and Conditions
A. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any rewards redeemed through this Promotion.
B. This Promotion incorporates any additional Terms and Conditions for the associated with the redemption of prizes for this Promotion.
C. We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.
D. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for redemption of Prizes and for connectivity and data usage in relation to your use of the App. Be reminded that once roaming, you will not be able to use any data from your local prepaid or select postpaid plans and that if your reward is not an “any use data” award, data usage in any other application except those listed above, will be taken from your main data allowance, your Digicel credit, or billed to your postpaid account.
E. The randomly drawn winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to enter and be on an active, qualifying contract with no accounts held with Digicel being in arrears to be eligible to win the prizes.
F. We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you at our discretion.
G. If a prize is unavailable, we may, in our discretion, substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal value and/or specification.
H. Prizes are not exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
I. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
K. Winners may share their winnings on their social media platforms and may be required to take part in related publicity, including (without limitation) publication of the name and image of a winner along with their winning entry via Digicel’s website, social media and other press and media channels. No additional payment will be given for this.
L. Except in the event of its negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming any reward.
M. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you remain bound by our My Digicel App Terms and Conditions of Use.
