1. Who qualifies for this Offer?
This offer applies to Flow customers coming over to the Digicel network, whether new or a returning customer.
2. How long after porting over do I get my Free 30 day plan plus extra data?
Plan is activated automatically 5-10 minutes after port is successfully completed along with additional any use data.
3. When is Free Credit being applied & which plans can be activated using free credit ?
Free credit is applied on the 1st of every month for one year after customer ports. Free Credit is valid for 30 days. Customer is able to activate any prime bundle with this credit.
*NB Free Credit cannot be transferred.
4. If I don’t use my bonus credit will it rollover.
No, free credit does not rollover.
5. Does the additional data Expire and what can it be used for.
The Additional data adds to your plan main data allotment hence allows rollover and can be used for all internet applications.
