General Information

It's been 1 year since we launched as a Digital Operator with the new Digicel Prime Bundles and brand identity. On October 20 we will reward our customers with a series of prizes across all digital services.

From all day premium access to entertainment content to valuable collateral prizes in Shake to Win. Customers will be rewarded all Day (DO DAY, Oct 20)

 

 

1.       Who is eligible to get the prizes?

All Subscribers, except corporate accounts.

 

 

2.      What is the specific ‘gift’ for each of the apps

3.      What happens once the data is finished or the expiration date is reached?

 

Once the 2GB data is exhausted subscribers should be charged as per existing charging priority in St. Lucia

 

·       D’Music: D’Music Bundle > Data Bundle > Main Credit

·       BiP Usage: BiP promo > BiP Bundle > Data Bundle > Main Credit

·       SportsMax: SportsMax UA > Data Bundle > Main Credit

·       PlayGo: PlayGo UA > PlayGo Bundle > Data Bundle > Main Credit

4.      How will the customers be notified when the promotion gets activated and deactivated? (By Channel)

 

Customers will receive an SMS on Oct 18 letting them know they are part of the promotion

Customers will also receive an SMS on Oct 22 to let them know the promotion has ended

What happens if the customer joins the App after the start of the promotion time?

(ie. new Playgo users on Oct 19th – will they be automatically provisioned with the gift?)

 

Customer will be automatically provisioned to the promotion which should be confirmed with the sms notification.

 

  1. How do I check the balance of my gift during the validity time?

 

Unfortunately, there is no capability for the subscriber to check the balance for their gift

5.      Will I be able to use the “rollover data” from the Gift?

 

There is no rollover with any other product / promotion.

The 2GB available for some of the gifts will reset at midnight daily.

 

6.  Will my Gift work while I am roaming?

Gift only applies on local network (no roaming).

 

 

7.  Will customers get any Exhaustion Messages

Yes customers will receive exhaustion messages
