Digicel wishes to advise the public that in light of the implementation of the Government’s 2.5% Health and Citizen Security Levy, customers can expect to see an increase in their bill total as of October 1st , 2023. This will be applicable across our entire range of products and services including mobile, Digicel+ and Digicel Business.

Terms and Conditions
“We” or “us” means Digicel St. Lucia Limited, a company registered under the laws of St. Lucia with registered offices at ECFH building, Gros- Islet. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “You” means the person accessing or using the App to participate in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).
By participating in the Promotion on the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms incorporate the My Digicel Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which you can access via the App.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18) you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.
1. What is the “My Digicel Prime Plus $50K Jackpot” Promotion?
Digicel is offering our customers the opportunity to win XCD$50,000! Any customer who activates any Prime Plus bundle in the App or by shortcode menu (*140# UMM code), Pays their post-paid Bill in full and on time, and customers who sign up for a new Prime Plus Post-paid Plan gets a certain amount of raffle tickets that corresponds with the length of each Prime Plus bundle. Customers are encouraged to remain on their Prime plus bundle to increase their chances of winning. Outlined below is how many tickets a customer can win for each Prime Plus bundle:
1-Day Prime Plus bundle – 1 Raffle Ticket
3-Day Prime Plus bundle – 3 Raffle Tickets
7-Day Prime Plus bundle – 7 Raffle Tickets
30-Day Prime Plus bundle – 50 Raffle Tickets.

2. What is the Promotional Period for the Promotion?
The Promotion is valid from February 25, 2022 – April 8, 2022 (the “Promotional Period”).
3. Who is eligible to enter the Promotion (an “Eligible Customer”)?
In order to be eligible for the Promotion, you must be:
a. Prepaid Digicel Customer and activate a Prime plus Bundle in the My Digicel App or the shortcode *140# menu.
b. Postpaid customers who pay their post-paid bill in full and on time.
c. Customers who sign up for a new Prime plus Postpaid account.
Additionally, you may participate if you reside in one of the following countries (“Participating Markets”):

4. Who cannot participate in the Promotion?
The following Digicel Customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion:
a. Any person who, at any time on or after August 1st, 2021, was or is a director, officer, employee, or agent of Digicel St. Lucia or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies, independent contractors or suppliers of services to Digicel St. Lucia;
b. Families of Employees;
c. Persons under the age of eighteen (18).
d. Persons who do not reside in St. Lucia.
5. How does the Promotion work?
If using the MyDigicel App:
Step 1: Open the MyDigicel App.
Step 2: Go to the Plans & Bundles button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Once there, select the desired Prime Plus bundle.
Step 4: Click “Activate” to confirm activation of the Prime Plus bundle.
Step 5: You will automatically receive raffle tickets upon activation. Visit the home screen of the App to check your raffle ticket balance. 1 raffle ticket = 1 entry into the weekly and/or regional draws.
Step 6: A weekly draw will be held during each week of the Promotional Period. One winner will be selected each week.
Step 7: The Regional Grand Draw will be held on April 15th, 2022. A first, second and third place winner will be selected
If using UMM:
Step 1: Dial *140#.
Step 2: Click “2” to go to Prime Plus bundles.
Step 3: Choose the desired Prime Plus bundle.
Step 4: Activate the Prime Plus bundle.
Step 5: You will automatically receive raffle tickets upon activation. Dial *120# to check your raffle ticket balance. 1 raffle ticket = 1 entry into the weekly and/or regional draws.

6. Will customers be notified when to participate in Promotion?
Yes, customers will be notified throughout the Promotional Period to participate via the App, SMS reminders and other forms of communication as Digicel deems fit.
7. What prizes can I win?
Customers can win a weekly prize or a Regional Grand prize:

8. Can I participate in the Promotion while roaming?
This Promotion is not accessible while roaming.
9. How will the Winner be selected?
a. An Eligible Customer will be selected at random from the complete list of Eligible Customers received during the Promotional Period. Selections will be done by raffle manager.
b. Selection will take place at Digicel St. Lucia Limited on April 15th, 2022.
10. How are Prizes redeemed?
a. The winner will be notified by a Digicel representative who will call the mobile phone number used by the winner to participate in the Promotion.
b. If the Prize is declined, or unclaimed due to Digicel being unable to contact the winner from the contact details supplied after three (3) attempts (reasonably split over a twenty-four (24) hour period) then Digicel reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and another draw will be conducted to randomly select a new winner.
c. This process will be repeated until all Prizes are awarded.
11. What will Winners need to present in order to claim Prizes?
Winners must present a valid Government issued photo ID (passport, voter’s identification card or driver’s licence). The winner will be required to complete and sign a redemption form confirming their receipt of the prize and a Consent and Release Form authorizing the use of their picture (where they chose to do so) on Social Media.
Additional Terms and Conditions
A. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any rewards redeemed through this Promotion.
B. This Promotion incorporates any additional Terms and Conditions for the associated with the redemption of prizes for this Promotion.
C. We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.
D. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for redemption of Prizes and for connectivity and data usage in relation to your use of the App. Be reminded that once roaming, you will not be able to use any data from your local prepaid or select postpaid plans and that if your reward is not an “any use data” award, data usage in any other application except those listed above, will be taken from your main data allowance, your Digicel credit, or billed to your postpaid account.
E. The randomly drawn winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to enter and be on an active, qualifying contract with no accounts held with Digicel being in arrears to be eligible to win the prizes.
F. We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you at our discretion.
G. If a prize is unavailable, we may, in our discretion, substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal value and/or specification.
H. Prizes are not exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
I. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
J. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion on behalf of the Digicel and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the promotion for the purposes of administration of the promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented. K. Winners may share their winnings on their social media platforms and may be required to take part in related publicity, including (without limitation) publication of the name and image of a winner along with their winning entry via Digicel’s website, social media and other press and media channels. No additional payment will be given for this.
L. Except in the event of its negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming any reward.
M. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you remain bound by our My Digicel App Terms and Conditions of Use.
