
We’ve introduced a new platform with additional features. Existing voicemail customers can access the old platform to retrieve and save any important messages on another device by 11th January 2019. After this period, messages saved on the old platform will be permanently deleted. Old message will have to be manually saved if customers want them to be available for more than 7 days within the 30-day period.

To access voicemail, dial 123 and follow the prompts. The first time you access your voicemail, you will hear a prompt to personalize it with your name and password.

To access messages on the old voicemail system, please dial 122.
These messages cannot be saved again on the upgraded voicemail system and will get deleted after 30 days (13/12/2018).
A mailbox can hold up to 30 recordings each, the length of 90 seconds.
