Be advised that with effect from Monday, June 1st 2020 our stores will be open for business with some adjustment in operations based on the guidelines from the authorities:



Kindly take note of the following guidelines:


  • You must wear a mask before you enter the stores
  • There will be a limit on the number of people allowed in the stores at any given time.
  • We ask that during this time you consider others and try to get through your transactions as quick as possible
  • Due the current restrictions we have reduced our operating hours and will be open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm



You can also reduce waiting time at the store by using our virtual store, where you can place your order and a representative will contact you to confirm and complete your order and advise you of the pickup location.



The following services are available via the virtual store:


  • Handset/Device Purchase
  • Bill Payment using a card (This can also be done by calling 100 from your Digicel mobile or 623-3444 (options 1 or 2))
  • Sim Card purchases
  • Sim replacement
  • Postpaid Account Activations or Changes



New Prepaid Sim cards can be purchased at various gas stations and retail outlets Island wide.



Note we have also gone paperless (except for credit card/debit card receipts), all invoices, receipts and monthly bills will now be emailed to you.



For postpaid customers who are yet to make part or full payment since the COVID 19 pandemic started, we request that you settle your outstanding amount or contact us to find out the available bill settlement options to avoid service disruption.
