7. What are the out of bundle charges for prepaid data customers?
For prepaid customers on a data plan, any data usage outside of the data bundle but within the data bundle expiration period will be charged at KY$ 0.13 per MB.
For any prepaid customer not on a data bundle, any data usage will be charged at KYD 19 per MB
8. How do I activate a prepaid data plan?
To activate a prepaid data plan:
- Dial *135#
- Select 1 to view data plans
- Select the type of data plan you wish to activate (1 day, 7 days or 30 days)
- Select the plan you wish to activate
- Dial 9 to confirm
9. How do i reactivate a data plan once it has expired?
All data plans are on autorenew and will self renew once sufficient credit is avialable. If you have used your data allowance before your data plan expires you can purchase another data plan by dialing *135# and following the instructions above to activate a new data plan, or you can renew your existing data plan by dialing *135# and selecting the option to renew your existing data plan.
10. What apps are included in the anytime social data plans?
The anytime social data plans include free anytime usage of WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for the duration of your data plan
11. How can i check my remaining data balance?
To check the amount of data remaining in your plan you can dial *135# -> manage my plan -> Check balance or alternatively you can check your balance from the My Digicel app.
12. If I have unused data when my plan expires will it roll over?
If a plan is renewed or a new plan is activate before the existing plan expires then any remaining data will rollover into the next data plan
13. How can I check the remaining amount of minutes in my plan?
To check your remaining minute you can dial *135#->manage my plan ->check balance, or you can check your remaining minutes through the My Digicel app.
