When you port your number to Digicel, you receive the following:

Prepaid: For their first top up of the month, customers who top up $10 or more in one-purchase will be credited via DA with $5 'any use' credit. Bonus credit expires 3 days after the time of recharge purchase.

New prepaid customers will get $5 credit plus a NEW 1 Day PRIME bundle plan when they purchase and activate a new SIM card. Credit will be applied to MA and is any use. Prime Plan will be automatically triggered within 24 hrs

Flow customers who port their prepaid number to Digicel will get a 30 Day Plus PRIME bundle.

Postpaid: Flow customers who port their postpaid number to Digicel will get the 1st month FREE.

Prepaid and Postpaid Customers will be able to Shake to Win prizes every Saturday. The prize pool on Saturdays includes, cash, gift cards, wireless earphones and branded items.

·       Start the switch now or simply visit any of our retail stores today and complete the porting process. 

Here’s what you need to switch your number.

·       An active SIM

·       A signed porting request form

·       A form of photo identification

·       National ID Card

·       Driving Licence

·       Passport

·       Validation/Proof of ownership: SMS, IVR (fixed numbers)

·       In addition to the above, a copy of latest bill or a printout of the subscriber details are required for Postpaid accounts

How often can I port my number?

Subscribers can only port their number once every ninety calendar days (three months).

What is required for porting?

·       Active SIM

·       Signed porting request form

·       Form of photo identification: a) National ID Card, b) Driving Licence and c) Passport

·       Validation/Proof of ownership: SMS, IVR (fixed numbers)

·       Note: In addition to the above, a copy of latest bill or a printout of the subscriber details are required for Postpaid accounts

How long would it take to port?

·       3 - 5 working days.

What happens to my credit?

·       Subscribers will lose any unused credit after porting. Voicemail messages will also be removed.
