How do I get this offer?

Here’s what you need to switch your number.

·       An active SIM

·       A signed porting request form

·       A form of photo identification

·       National ID Card

·       Driving Licence

·       Passport

·       Validation/Proof of ownership: SMS, IVR (fixed numbers)

·       In addition to the above, a copy of latest bill or a printout of the subscriber details are required for Postpaid accounts

How often can I port my number?

Subscribers can only port their number once every ninety calendar days (three months).

 

What is required for porting?

·       Active SIM

·       Signed porting request form

How long would it take to port?

·       3 - 5 working days.

 

What happens to my credit?

·       Subscribers will lose any unused credit after porting. Voicemail messages will also be removed.
