Promotion: “50% on First Subscription”
Duration: October 1, 2021 - October 31, 2021
These terms and conditions are designed to govern and guide the current Promotion “50% on First Subscription”, for Postpaid Subscribers.
1. This promotion is designed for new postpaid (consumer) subscribers, joining our Network as of October 1st, 2021.
a. Subscribers whom port their numbers from another local provider are not eligible for this promo and will continue to benefit from the existing offer (First Month subscription free).
2. Subscribers are required to sign up on one of our 5 existing Postpaid prime plans:
a. Prime M
b. Prime L
c. Prime Xl
d. Prime XXL
e. Prime Optimum
3. In order to be Eligible subscribers should meet the below requirements.
a. Purchasing/Activating a new Number.
b. 90 Days (3 months) or greater since, deactivation
c. Should not have any outstanding balance with Digicel Cayman
4. Subscribers will be required to pay a deposit equal to 1 month’s subscription of the plan they are activating, this is consistent with signing up to all our postpaid plans.
5. Customers may upgrade their plans at any time if they. If the customer upgrade discount will be based on the plan activated at the point of sign up.
6. Plan downgrades are not permitted before 180 days (6 Months) after the date of activation.
7. This Promotion is from October 1, 2021 to October 31, 2021 as such eligible subscribers who sign up during this period will benefit.
