1. The Digicel Unlimited Plans (‘the Plans’) is available to all Digicel Prepaid Customers with a data capable phone, unless otherwise excluded herein (‘Customers’).

2. The Plans remains valid until Digicel withdraws the Offer pursuant to item 15 of these Terms and Conditions.

3. The Plans gives customers Free Digicel to Digicel calls and texts and Anytime Social data (WhatsApp messenger, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) with the activation of the Plans

7 Day Unlimited Plan  150 MB $15

30 Day Unlimited Plan 500MB $45

for the duration of the period that the Plan is active. These Plans are available for both Blackberry and other Smartphone users. 

4. To activate the Plans, Customers must dial *135#, pressing ‘send’ on their mobile handset and following the instructions in the menu.

5. Free Digicel to Digicel calls, texts and Anytime Social data apply only while the Plans are active.  Digicel to Digicel calls, texts and Anytime Social Data are inclusive at any time of the day. Fair usage policy will apply to Unlimited Digicel to Digicel calls and texts

6. All other calls will be billed at Digicel’s prevailing rates applicable for calls to those destinations as is in force for the prepaid rate plan to which the Customer is subscribed.

7. Once a Customer activates the Plans they will remain subscribed to the Plan until either the Customer chooses to terminate the Plan or Plan expiry date. Digicel has in its sole discretion to withdraw or amend the Plans.

8. The Offer only applies to Digicel to Digicel voice calls, Digicel to Digicel texts messages, unless specifically provided otherwise.

9. Customers who subscribe to the Plans can activate any other plans with exception of 1 Day Anytime social Data Plan and 7 Days Anytime Social Plans. 

10. All other offers continue to be applicable as per the prepaid rate plan to which the customer is subscribed.

11. The Plan rules are as follows;
i. The Plan will automatically renew at the end of the relevant period for & Days and 30 Days Plans subject to the Customer having on their account the appropriate value of credit available for deduction by Digicel.  In the event that the Customer has insufficient credit on their account at the time of renewal then the renewal will fail and the Plan will expire.  Customers will then be required to re-subscribe to reactivate their Plan.
ii. Unused Data Plan allocations will not roll over.
iv. Where the data allowance limit of the Unlimited Plan is exhausted during the Data Plan validity period, then bundle overage charges per MB will apply for usage in excess of the Data Plan bundle allowance (Bundle Overage). During the overage period, customer will still get unlimited Digicel to Digicel calls and texts and Anytime Social data for the duration of the plan.
v. Once the Plan expires, zero rated Digicel to Digicel calls and texts and Anytime Social Data  will no longer apply. Data Pay As You Go (PAYG) rates per MB/GB will apply for data usage where the Customer has not subscribed to a Data Plan
vi. The applicable Bundle Overage and PAYG per MB/GB charges are specified on Digicel’s website and shall accord with the Data Plan selected by the Customer.

12. The Plans do not apply when Customers are roaming and is only valid when Customers are making calls in Jamaica. Customers who are roaming will be charged the applicable roaming rates.

13. Postpaid, Special Corporate and LTE broadband Customers are excluded and not eligible for participation in the Plan.

14. Digicel reserves the right to at any time; with or without notice vary the terms and conditions of the Offer, to amend its Terms and Conditions, or to withdraw the Offer. Digicel shall notify Customers of any changes to, withdrawal of or cancellation of the Offer via text messages to the Customers’ handset or by posting a notification on Digicel’s website.  Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.

15. The general Terms and Conditions governing the relationship between Digicel and Digicel Prepaid Customers and all other terms and conditions in relation to any other offer by Digicel  remain applicable in addition to any other terms and conditions of use of any of Digicel’s other services including   Digicel’s data services.
16. The general terms and conditions governing Digicel’s Data Services remain applicable to customers. The terms and conditions governing Digicel’s Data Bundles and Blackberry service also remain applicable to Customers. For the avoidance of doubt, these terms and conditions are in addition to any other terms and conditions of use of any of Digicel’s other services.
