iPhone 17 Promotion

Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period
   The iPhone 17 Competition runs from May 26, 2026, to June 19, 2026.

2. Eligibility
   Open to Digicel customers who are legal residents of the participating market and are 18 years or older.

3. How to Enter
   Customers will automatically be entered during the promotion period when they:

   • Purchase any Digicel prepaid bundle including 30 day Elite Bundle

   • Sign up for any new Digicel Postpaid service.

   • Sign up for any new Digicel+ service.

   • Sign up for any new Digicel Prepaid service.

   • Keep their Postpaid or Digicel+ account in good standing by paying their bill on time and in full.

1. Good Standing Requirement
   Postpaid and Digicel+ customers must have their account paid on time and in full. Customers with overdue balances, suspended accounts, or accounts not in good standing will be disqualified from entry.

2. Prize
   Winners will each receive one iPhone 17 smartphone. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

3. Winner Announcement Dates
   Winners will be announced via social media channels on June 5, June 12, and June 19, 2026.

4. Winner Selection
   Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Digicel’s decision is final.

5. Winner Notification & Collection
   Winners will be contacted using the details linked to their Digicel account and may be required to provide valid identification. Prizes must be collected within the timeframe communicated by Digicel.

6. Use of Winner Information
   By accepting the prize, winners agree that Digicel may use their name, image, likeness, and/or prize presentation photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Promotion Changes
   Digicel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time.
