BiP Spin and Win Christmas

The Promotion is valid from December 1, 2020 through to January 2, 2021 (the “Promotional Period”).

All users of the App who are subscribed to the “Spin & Win” Discover channel (the “Channel”) may participate in the Promotion.

Exclusions

The following persons cannot claim any prizes in the Promotion:

a.    Any person who, at any time on or after April 1st, 2020, was or is a director, officer, employee, or agent of Digicel Grand Cayman or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies, independent contractors or suppliers of services to Digicel Grand Cayman ;

b.    Any person who is not a legal resident of Grand Cayman ; and

c.     Any person under the age of 13.
