Business Solutions Pre-Sales Technical & Service Delivery Executive with experience in supporting business sales and management of business accounts.

Main duties and responsibility:

  • The main requirement of the role encompasses providing day to day technical products and solutions support for the sales team.
  • The individual will also be responsible for interfacing with the technical team and monitoring the timely delivery of the services agreed with clients.
  • The individual will be required at support business sales by conducting client visits and the same time actively participate in providing advice on solutions to meet their needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  •  2-3 years’ experience in a Technical Support, or, formal IT role.
  • Knowledge of Networks, software and related Hardware components.
  • Certification in an I.T. discipline or equivalent qualification.
  • Whilst not essential Cisco Certification is desirable.

J o b  O v e r v i e w

Business Solutions Sales Executive with experience in “Business to Business” sales and management of business accounts.

Note: The role is for Sales of Technology solutions including, Internet connectivity, Leased Circuits, Network Hardware, Servers, Managed Cloud Solutions, PBX systems and Managed Wi-Fi platforms. In order to effectively execute the position a minimum of basic knowledge of these product is required.

Main duties and responsibility:

  • To meet and exceed sales targets, whilst ensuring business growth, loyalty and customer satisfaction on a consistent basis.
  • Sell Digicel’ s portfolio of Business Solutions products. Translate customer requirements and the features of the service, into offering specific customer benefits and solutions.
  • Identify and qualify increased business opportunities from existing customers
  • Draw on experience and innovation to create proposals.
  • Utilize and maintain key performance indices to track, accurately forecast and close sales.
  • Identify and understand all key customer business requirements across all functions and use this to develop a successful sales strategy.
  • Sales Reporting in the Digicel Sales Data base platform “Salesforce”.
  • Report daily contacts
  • Report prospects (new business)
  • Monitor Corporate A/C (existing). Engage through all levels and functions to develop key account relationship.
  • Accounts Status
  • Develop and increase sales throughout all business sectors, SME, SOHO and Corporate
  • Maintain sales through lead generation, cold calling, setting up appointments and referrals.
  • Attend Seminars/Functions in relations to Industry/Market assigned.
  • Maintain strong relationship with clients through sponsored social events

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A first Degree in Business Management or related field (Preferred).
  • Certification in related Sales or Technical courses (Desirable)
  • 3 years’ experience in sales – Business to Business
  • Proven track record in achieving Sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities on own initiative.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s licence

Main duties and responsibility:

  • Lead the marketing planning process to ensure the marketing plans deliver all the set KPIs for opco market
  • Optimize budget allocation and initiatives across the year to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive the planning process and execute all marketing campaigns
  • Ensure activities have measurable targets; complete dashboard templates for measurement and comparison.
  • Execution of all local marketing campaigns
  • Assessing local needs and requirements
  • Communication management (external)
  • Seeking go to market plans approvals from marketing manager
  • Prepare localized advertising campaign
  • Managing local CEO’s within the Opco’s

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in marketing planning with evidence of delivering effective marketing strategies and programmes across complex global/regional marketing organisations.
  • Business or marketing degree or equivalent.

Key competencies:

  • Excellent written and communications skills across the range of executions from press releases, advertorials, speeches and by-lined articles to case studies and white papers
  • Excellent grasp - and proven experience, of planning and running consumer - business to business and corporate communications campaigns
  • Experience of Social Media campaigns and in-depth knowledge of current SM trends
  • Creativity and willingness to work on own initiative in an ever changing environment
  • Ability to work under pressure in order to meet challenging deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Can do attitude and upbeat, positive and dynamic personality
  • People Management skills
  • Good administrative skills
