These Switch & Get More This Christmas Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion. You should read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.

“We” or “us” means Digicel St.Kitts & Nevis Limited (“Digicel”) a company incorporated in St.Kitts & Nevis having its registered office Koi Office on Airport Road.  References to “we, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.

“I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “your” shall have the same meaning).

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to, or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of 18, you should not participate in this Promotion.

 

1.     What is the Switch & Get More This Christmas Promotion?

 

From November 18, 2022 to January 9, 2023 (the “Promotional Period”), we will be offering the following to our existing and new Digicel customers (collectively, the “Rewards”):

(i)             A SIM card for $10 with a 3 day Prime Bundle plan to anyone who switches their prepaid mobile phone to Digicel during the Promotional Period; and

(i)            A DL4 for $99 to anyone who switches their prepaid mobile number to Digicel during the Promotional Period 

 

2.     Who can participate in the Promotion?

Subject to these Terms, the following persons can participate in the Promotion:

a.     Only prepaid, non-Digicel customers are eligible to enjoy the SIM card and 3-Day Prime Bundle plan Reward.

You must also be a resident of St. Kitts & Nevis.

The following persons are excluded from participating in the Promotion:

a.     Corporate and business account customers;

b.     Persons under the age of eighteen (18); and

c.     Persons who do not reside in St.Kitts & Nevis

d.     Postpaid customers (only in relation to the SIM and 3-Day Prime Bundle plan Reward). 

 

3.     How can I participate in the Promotion?

You can participate in the Promotion by completing the following steps:

 

SIM card for $10 and 3-Day Prime Bundle Plan Reward

Step 1:  Visit a Retail Store OR Sign up on our website, and then visit a Retail Store.

Step 2: Go to the customer care desk, where an agent will sign you up

Step 3: Once you pay $10, you will receive your SIM card and your 3-Day Prime Bundle plan.

 

Handset Offer

Step 1: Visit a Retail Store OR Sign up on our website, and then visit a Retail Store.

            Step 2: Purchase a DL4 Handset in one of our stores.

            Step 3: Enjoy your New Handset!

 

4.     Will I be notified when to participate in the Promotion?

Yes, customers will be notified to participate throughout the Promotional Period via SMS, radio, and our social media pages.

 

6. What does the 3 Day Prime Bundle Plan Include?

Our 3-Day Prime Bundle includes: 20GB of Any Use Data, Unlimited Local Minutes & Text, and 3GB of Data for Social.

 

7. How much is the SIM card with the  3 day Pime Bundle Plan?

Ten Dollars ($10).

 

Additional Terms and Conditions

 

A.    In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you remain bound by our Terms and Conditions.

 

B.    For customer support, or to report a problem or send us your feedback, please contact us via the My Digicel mobile application.

 

C.    This product is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use.

D.    You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for connectivity and data usage in relation to your participation in the Promotion.

 

E.    We reserve the right to terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.

 

F.    We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you at our discretion.

 

G.   We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the My Digicel mobile application. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.

 

H.    The terms and conditions which apply to you are those published on the Digicel website at the time that your subscription is most recently activated. These Terms will only apply for the Promotional Period.
