Digicel is aimed at providing both new and existing customers the best value for the services they use the most!  

The new Family Plan  suite is inclusive of Minutes, SMS and Data


2.      When will the new Family Prime Bundles be available?


·        The plans will be available from June 1st, 2023


3.     Who can access the new Family Prime Bundles ?

·        The plans are available to  all new a customers.


4.      How can I sign up for a Family Prime Bundle?

·        Visit the nearest retail store or call 1 869-762-4000  to sign up today.


5.      How many persons can be on Family Prime Bundle?

·        Four persons can use a family prime bundle as the bundle comes with 4 individual lines.


6.      What do I get with a Family Prime Bundle?

7.      Where do my Family Prime bundles minutes allow me to call?


·        *Local On-Net Minutes applies to: Local Incoming & Outgoing Digicel to Digicel mobile calls.



·        *Local Off-Net Minutes applies to: Digicel to FLOW mobile/Fixed.


·        *ILD = Regional & International – Digi Mobile Regional applies to

Antigua & Barbuda, Aruba, Barbados, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Cayman, Curacao,Dominica,Dominican Republic,Grenada, Guadeloupe, Montserrat,

St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Suriname, T&T, TCI, International – USA mainland, Canada.


·        *Anywhere Minutes – This is a combination of the ILD Regional & Int’l and Local Off Net Minutes



·Customers will be charged at the standard rates for ALL OTHER destinations when utilising their Other Mobile Voice Minutes while on the new Family Plans.

o   Other Caribbean – Suriname, Martinique, French Guiana

o   Rest of World – All other destinations not listed in specific categories.


·        Customers will be charged as per the rates outlined per minute (per second billing applies).

8.      Will the Family Plan quota roll over?


·YES, all plans will roll over.

Customer’s unused minutes and data will rollover as long as they remain within their cycle and keep their postpaid account active.

9.     How can I check my Family Plan  balances?


·        Customers will be able to check their data balances using the MyDigicel App or *141#


10.      Can I use my Family Plan while roaming?


·        No. Any data quota received from these Bundles is for local data use ONLY
