SMART Plan Activation
New Customers: Please visit any of our select dealer stores and sign up for any of our six postpaid packages. You will need the following:
- A valid Government issued picture ID
- Tax Registration Number (TRN)
- Two different recent utility bills issued within the last three months
- The minimum deposit for your desired plan
Existing Customers: Dial *162# SEND from your handset, and a customer care agent will contact you with the details on how to activate any of our six postpaid plans.
- Calls are billed per second.
- Price quoted will attract GCT of 25%.
- Telephone Call Tax (TCT) is included in the subscription fee for minutes within the plan bundle, however, customers must pay TCT for minutes used in excess of the minutes provided in the plan.
- Only postpaid customers with individual accounts may subscribe to these plans.
- To enjoy & use the data services, plans requires data capable phones. Included data bundle applies to BlackBerry and other smartphones.
- Regular postpaid usage rates apply for voice, texts and data after the bundle is fully used. View postpaid out of bundle rates
- Gimme 5 promotion applies after the bundle is fully used.
- Where applicable, Postpaid Free Nights and Weekends are Mondays to Thursdays 8:00pm to 7:59am and Fridays 8:00pm to Mondays 7:59am. Calls made during Free Nights and Weekends attract TCT charges.
- Fair usage limits apply to the MaxSMART plan.
