Sandals Cuts Call Costs by 44% with Digicel Business
All-inclusive Caribbean vacation destination, Sandals Resorts, has reported a 44% decrease in their communication costs just one year after beginning a Pan-Caribbean closed-user group (CUG) from Digicel Business. The communication solution enables unlimited calling on the Digicel network between the company’s employees across its fifteen locations throughout the Caribbean.
CEO of the Sandals Resorts, Adam Stewart, was delighted with the savings and the improvements in their communication system, saying, “At Sandals International, communication is a critical part of what we do.
