Pia Baker, Director of Customer Care and Experience

Much of Pia’s work is rooted in her natural understanding of our customers’ needs and willingness for us to go the extra mile to surpass their expectations.

As a thought leader in the field, Pia has been tasked with strategically delivering seamless multi-channel experiences to our valued customers, while strengthening our award-winning Customer Care team.

Pia has over 15 years in the customer service field and has held leadership roles that merit her vast experience. She joined Digicel Jamaica in 2012 as a Customer Care Team Leader. She was appointed Director of Customer Experience and Director of Network Experience in 2017 and 2019 respectively for the Digicel Group. 

In December 2019, she was appointed to the role Director of Customer Care and Experience for Digicel (Jamaica) Limited. 

Prior to joining Digicel Pia has held various roles which include Customer Service Agent at Air Jamaica and Security Inspector at The Ministry of National Security.

A Campion High alumna, Pia holds a Bachelor's in Sociology from UWI, Mona.

Pia is a lover of music and enjoys social gathering with friends in her efforts to achieve work/life balance.
