THE “TUN UP FI 25!” TERMS AND CONDITIONS

End Date: Saturday, September 5, 2026 

The “Tun Up Fi 25!” Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion for a chance to win cash and prizes. You should read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion. 

“We” or “us” means Digicel (Jamaica) Limited, a company registered under the laws of Jamaica with registered offices at 14 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston, Jamaica. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms include our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time. 

“I” or “You” means the person participating in this Promotion. 

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.

1. What is the “Tun Up Fi 25!” Promotion? 

This Promotion provides an opportunity for our Prepaid, Postpaid and Digicel+ (formerly Home and Entertainment) customers to win one of three Grand Prizes or a Mid-Tier Prize of a StayCation at a resort in Jamaica as below:  

• One (1) Grand Prize winner of a brand new 2026 MG HS Motor Car valued at Six Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars (JMD$6,800,000.00). 

One (1) winner will be selected from a pool of Prepaid, Postpaid and Digicel+ customers for the qualifying period June 24, 2026 to September 5, 2026 

• One (1) Grand Prize winner of One Million Dollars (JMD$1,000,000.00) 

One (1) winner will be selected, ONLY from the pool of new customers that sign up for Postpaid for the qualifying period June 24, 2026 to September 5, 2026 

• One (1) Grand Prize winner of a Home Entertainment Makeover valued at Four Hundred and Twenty-Six Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty-Six Dollars and Seventy-Five Cents (JMD$426,356.75) 

One (1) winner will be selected, ONLY from the pool of Digicel + Customers for the qualifying period June 24, 2026 to September 5, 2026 

• Three (3) winners of an all-inclusive Couples StayCation at Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica for three (3) nights and four (4) days for two (2) adults.  

• There will be one (1) winner from each segment, that is 

•  One (1) Prepaid winner 

• One (1) Postpaid winner 

• One (1) Digicel+ winner 

The Prepaid winner will be selected from a pool of customers for the qualifying period July 1, 2026 – July 7, 2026 and the Postpaid winner will be selected for the qualifying period August 18, 2026 – August 24, 2026. The Digicel + winner will be selected for the qualifying period July 20, 2026 – July 26, 2026. 

• Three (3) winners of an all-inclusive Family StayCation at Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica for three (3) nights and four (4) days for two adults and two (2) children.  

• There will be one (1) winner from each segment, that is: 

• One (1) Prepaid winner 

• One (1) Postpaid winner 

• One (1) Digicel+ winner 

The Prepaid winner will be selected from a pool of customers for the qualifying period July 8, 2026 – July 14, 2026 and the Postpaid winner will be selected for the qualifying period August 25, 2026 – August 31, 2026. The Digicel + winner will be selected for the qualifying period July 27, 2026 – August 2, 2026.  

2. What is the Promotional Period? 

This Promotion is valid from June 24, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST through to September 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST. 

3. Who is eligible to enter the Promotion? 

In order to be eligible for this Promotion, you must perform one of the following Qualifying Activities during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Customer”): 

For Prepaid Customers: 

1. Must be on an active Prepaid Plan of seven (7) days or higher 

• The Customer will receive one (1) entry for each day on a Pre-paid Plan 

2. Purchase a Sim Card (SIM-To-Go included) 

• Customers who purchase a new sim will receive five (5) entries. 

 3. Switch to Digicel 

• Customers who switch to Digicel will receive ten (10) entries.  

4. TopUp with $500 or more. 

• Customers will receive two (2) entries.    

5. Purchase a Handset 

• Customers will receive the following tiered entries with the purchase of the following handsets: 

• Samsung A07 - 10 entries 

• Samsung A17 - 15 entries 

• Samsung A26 - 25 entries 

For Postpaid Customers: 

1. Must be on an active Postpaid Prime Plan (i.e. no outstanding balance on your account during the Qualifying Period). 

• Customers will receive Tiered entries based on plan value as below: 

2. Current Add-ons 

• The Customer will receive ten (10) entries per week for each week of activation that is valid for 30 days, and five (5) entries per week for activations valid less than 30 days. 

 3. Plan Upgrade 

• The Customer will receive ten (10) entries for upgrading their plan. 

4. New Customers -  Postpaid 

New Customers that sign up for Postpaid will receive tiered entries as below: 

• New Customers will receive Tiered entries based on plan value as below: 

For Digicel+ Customers 

1. Must be an active Digicel+ Customer (i.e. no outstanding balance on your account during the Qualifying Period). 

• Customers will receive the following tiered entries based on the following selected speeds: 

• 150 Mbps- 15 entries 

• 250 Mbps- 20 entries 

• 400 Mbps- 25 entries 

• 600 Mbps- 30 entries 

• Other Mbps- 10 entries 

• Upgrades or add-ons - 10 entries 

The following customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion: 

1. Prepaid and Postpaid Corporate & Business account customers; 

2. Customers who have elected not to participate in any Digicel promotions; 

3. Employees/families of employees (Spouse and Children) of Digicel, employees of affiliated companies associated with this Promotion; 

4. Ambassadors of Digicel; 

5. Employees who have left Digicel within the three (3) month period preceding the commencement date of the Promotion and during the Promotional Period; 

6. Postpaid customers with an overdue amount; 

7. Directors of Digicel during the Promotional Period; 

8. Customers who have ported their number to another telecommunications network during the Promotional Period; and 

9. All previous Digicel Grand Prize winners in the last three (3) years including, but not limited to, the following previous Digicel promotions): Run Fi Yuh TV, One Home One Jamaica, Postpaid Life Your Way, Christmas is a 10, 25 Fi 25, 61 iPhones for 61 Years, Remix D’Summa, Gift A Smile, and Postpaid Unlocked. 

5. What are the eligible plans (“Eligible Plans”) that will grant customers entry into this Promotion? 

Activation of the below Eligible Plans will grant customers entry into the Promotion.

Public awareness for this Promotion will be in the form of programmatic advertising, promotional flyer, scanning of the QR code on the promotional flyer, social media posting at the following handles: @digiceljamaica on Instagram and X (formerly Twitter) and Digicel Jamaica on Facebook, and direct SMS messages to the customers during the Promotional Period. The promotional details will also be uploaded to our website at www.digiceljamaica.com.

7. Who can customers contact if they have queries or complaints about the Promotion?

For assistance with queries or complaints in respect of this Promotion, customers may contact Digicel’s customer care at Customercare@digicelgroup.com or by dialing 100.

8. Is there a limit to the number of times a customer can enter the Promotion?

No, customers may enter the Promotion multiple times during the Promotional Period.

9. How many times can a customer enter and win?

Customers may only win once during the Promotional Period.

10. What is the qualifying period and draw dates for the Promotion?

The qualifying period and the draw dates are as follows:

 MID TIER PRIZE 1 (Couples StayCation) DRAWS

MID TIER PRIZE 2 (Family StayCation) DRAWS

GRAND PRIZE DRAW – 2027 MG HS

GRAND PRIZE DRAW – $1,000,000.00 Cash

GRAND PRIZE DRAW – HOME ENTERTAINMENT MAKEOVER

Customers will have up until 11:59 PM EST on the day preceding draw date in order to qualify. All draws will be conducted at Digicel’s Headquarters, 14 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston at 11:00 AM EST on the respective draw dates. The mobile draws will precede the Digicel+ draws.

 11. What are the prizes to be won for the Promotion?

12. How will the winners be selected?

Winners will be randomly selected from an electronic pool of Eligible Customers via Digicel’s Raffle Manager Platform. On the draw dates, specifically for the Staycation and Motor car, a total of twenty-five (25) numbers will be pulled for the Prepaid customers, twenty- five (25) numbers will be pulled for the Postpaid customers, twenty-five (25) accounts will be pulled for the Digicel+ customers. For the $1,000,000.00 Grand Draw, Twenty-Five (25) new customers that signed up for postpaid will be pulled on the draw date. Also, for the Home Entertainment makeover, Twenty-Five (25) Digicel+ customers will be pulled on the draw date. The numbers will be arranged in a top-bottom sequential order, and the Digicel representative will attempt to make contact until a winner has been identified.

 13. How will winners be notified?

Three (3) calls will be made to the numbers selected by Digicel’s Raffle Manager Platform in a top-bottom sequential order between 12: 00 PM EST and 2:00 PM EST on the next business day, following the draw dates. In respect of Digicel+ winners, calls will be made to the number associated with their account. If there is no response to a number, the next number in-line will be contacted until a winner is successfully identified. All calls to customers will be made from 876-619-5000; this number is the only number that is authorized for the making of calls to winners for this Promotion. During the telephone contact of the selected winners, full details of the winning prize will be communicated along with the process for redeeming their prize.

14. What will winners need in order to claim their prize?

In order to claim their prize, the winner will need to provide the below information to the email address provided by the Digicel representative who contacted them from 876-619-5000 within forty-eight (48) hours of initial contact by Digicel:

-       Full Name

-       Contact Number

-       A clear head shot photo

-       If over 18 years, valid Government-issued photo identification (Driver’s Licence, Passport, Voter’s ID)

-       If under 18 years, Student ID and Birth Certificate

-       Commercial banking details for direct deposit, along with documentary proof of bank account (for example, bank statement or screenshot of the account details from an electronic platform clearly showing name on the account, branch location and complete account number). If the customer does not have a bank account, they may present a written letter of authorization, witnessed by a Justice of the Peace, for payment to be made to their authorized party. Please note that payments will not be made to a credit union account.

-       Winning phone number and Digicel+ account number, as applicable (the number must be registered to the intended winner). If the number is unregistered, the customer may proceed to register same within the timeframe specified above.

Special Needs Winners

If a selected winner has special needs and is unable to collect their prize and/or submit the relevant documents, that winner will be allowed to have a representative act on their behalf. Such representative must provide written consent from the winner selected, witnessed by a Justice of the Peace and valid Government-issued photo identification for both the winner and their representative to claim the prize.

Minor Winners

Winners under the age of eighteen (18) years will have to share the above information for themselves and for their parent or guardian in addition to the minor’s Birth Certificate or proof of guardianship. Parent/guardian is required to accompany minor and provide valid identification.

Forfeiture of Prizes

If a winner is unable to provide the above information and documents within the timeframe stipulated below, the prize will be forfeited. If a prize is forfeited, Digicel reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with the mechanism specified herein, subject to consultation and approval from the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission.

Additional Considerations for Prize Redemption

a)        Payment of the cash prize will be made via bank transfer within sixty (60) days of the winner providing the information above.

b)       The Cash prize winner is solely responsible for ensuring that all banking information provided to Digicel is accurate, complete, and up to date. Digicel shall be entitled to rely on such information as provided without further verification.

c)        Accordingly, the cash prize winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Digicel, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense incurred or suffered arising out of or in connection with any payment made to an incorrect bank account, to the extent that such payment was made in reasonable reliance on inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect banking information provided by the winner.

d)       Non-cash prizes, except for the motor car and home entertainment update, will be available for collection at Digicel’s Headquarters at 14 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston within fourteen (14) days of the winner providing the information above and must be collected within that timeframe, failing which the prize will be forfeited. However, the winners are also required to attend the handover event at Digicel’s Headquarters on September 25, 2026. The winner may attend in person or send an authorized person to collect on their behalf. Such representative must provide written consent from the winner selected, witnessed by a Justice of the Peace, and valid Government-issued photo identification for both the winner and their representative.

e)        The Grand Draw prize winner for the motor car or representative is specifically required to attend a handover event at Digicel’s Corporate Office at 14 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston on September 25, 2026; failing which the prize will be forfeited on that date. If another winner is selected he/she will have seven (7) days to collect the Grand prize motor car; failing which the prize will be forfeited.

f)        The Grand prize motor car winner will be solely responsible for all associated costs necessary for the lawful operation of the motor vehicle, including but not limited to licensing, registration and insurance. Also, the motor car winner must be 18 years or older and possess a valid Driver’s Licence in order to redeem the motor car. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited.

g)       The home entertainment upgrade winner will be required to collect their prize directly from Unicomer (Courts) and will be responsible for any associated fees (delivery, assembly, etc).

h)       The winners of the Couples and Family Staycation prizes will be notified of how to retrieve their prizes, including booking arrangements and deadlines by which to book.

i)         All winners are required to sign a Redemption Form confirming receipt of their prize. If the winner is under the age of eighteen (18), the Redemption Form must be signed by the parent/guardian.

j)         Prizes may not be transferred or exchanged unless otherwise approved by the Betting, Gaming, and Lotteries Commission.

k)        Non-cash prizes are not exchangeable for cash.

l)         Save in the event of its gross negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors, and sponsors, or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming any reward.

Additional Terms and Conditions

A.      This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use.

B.      These Terms and conditions incorporate the Princess Hotel & Resorts terms and conditions, inclusive of any black-out dates and age guidelines.

C.      You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for claiming and collection the Hotel accommodation prizes.

D.     We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate (upon consultation and approval of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission) this offer if, in our opinion, the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.

E.      The selected winners must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to enter and be on an active, qualifying contract with no accounts held with Digicel being in arrears to be eligible to win the prizes.

F.       If a prize is unavailable, we may, at our discretion, substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal value and/or specification with the approval of the Betting, Gaming, and Lotteries Commission.

G.     We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion upon consultation and approval of the Betting, Gaming, and Lotteries Commission. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the MyDigicel App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.

H.     By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion for the purposes of administration of the Promotion (including publishing your full name and country and/or disclosing it to third parties in accordance with applicable law) and any other purposes to which you have consented. If you refuse to do so, you forfeit your right to claim the prize if you are selected as the winner.

I.        Winners agree to take part in any promotional, marketing, or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by Digicel, failing which the prize may be forfeited. By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image, or photograph for any and all programming and/or publicity or advertising purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media and formats used by Digicel’s or its agencies, without further compensation, throughout the world in perpetuity. If you refuse to do so, you forfeit your right to claim the prize if you are selected as the winner.

J.        In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you remain bound by our MyDigicel App (“the App”) Terms and Mobile Terms and Conditions of Use.
