How can I check my balance?
Your unlimited plan does not facilitate balance checks since you enjoy using voice and data without restrictions.
Can I rollover my minutes or data from my Unlimited plan?
Your Unlimited benefits will cease when your plan expires. This means there are no unused minutes and data for you to rollover to another plan.
Will my Unlimited Data & Talk plan auto renew?
Yes. Your Unlimited Data + Talk plan will auto-renew, provided that you have enough credit. We will send you a text message letting you know that your plan will auto-renew.
What is Fair Usage? How does it affect my voice and data experience?
To ensure that everyone enjoys a smooth data experience, we will apply our Fair Usage Policy in cases where a customer’s usage far exceeds normal individual data, voice and text consumption. This affects less than 2% of our customers who will still be able to browse at 2G speed for the remainder of their plan, make calls after using 3,000 minutes, or exceeding 100 texts in a day.
Will customers receive Fair Usage notifications?
Yes. Customers will be notified when they are approaching Fair Usage and are about to be charged for on-net and off-net calls.
Calls will be charged based on the One Rate charge of $7.99 per minute, or Gimme 5 rate of $11.99 +tax per minute.
