The bonus data will take validity of the active Starter Bundle.

No, the customer Bonus will be automatically applied. No redemption required. Once the bonus is apply customer will receive the SMS 

“WOW! You just got Double Data with your Starter Plan. Check balance at a.mydigicel.net or dial *120*173#. No rollover on your data.”

Customers will be able to use the Any- use bonus data for the below: Streaming the internet, accessing YouTube, Social application (Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat) and accessing Digicel Digital Apps. 

 

No, the bonus will not rollover, once the customer move from an eligible plan to Non-Eligible plan the bonus will be remove. 

Customers who complete an early renewal or auto renewal on the eligible day will receive the new bonus on the new plan and the old bonus should be cleared.

 

Transit to other plans, will result in bonus being lost; transit to another eligible plan will result in bonus being applied as per the respective new plan
