How can the plan be activated?

What other information do I need to know about my Prime Bundle Brawta Plan?

 

·       YouTube - stream, upload and download on YouTube This exclusive data allotment works only with the YouTube app; it includes upload, download and watching YouTube content. Your YouTube data will be valid while your bundle is active. Unused YouTube data will rollover once you activate a new Prime Bundle before midnight the following day. Once your YouTube data is finished, you will begin to consume your any-use data allotment.

 

·        SnapChat – watch, upload content, text and calls 

·        WhatsApp - messaging

·        Facebook - stream, upload, download, watch or load LIVE feeds. Use Facebook Messenger.

·        Instagram - stream, upload, download, watch and load LIVE feeds

·        Twitter - steam, watch videos and upload content

·       TikTok - watch, create,  upload, download content, watch and load LIVE content

·       Google Maps - get real-time GPS navigation 

·       Netflix - watch and download movies and series

 

Your data from the social media applications listed in this section will be valid while your bundle is active. Unused data from any of the apps listed above will rollover once you activate a new Prime Brawta Bundle before midnight the following day. Once your data is finished, you will begin to consume your any-use data allotment.

 

How do I check the remaining balance for my Prime Bundle Brawta Plan?

 

A balance check may be conducted by dialing the short code *147#, using the MyDigicel App or on Digicel’s website.

 

Does this plan auto-renew?

 

Yes, this plan automatically renew upon expiry.

 

Can I opt-out of auto-renewal?

 

Yes, you can opt-out of auto-renewal. To Opt-out of auto-renewal, you have the option of dialing the short-code *147#, using the MyDigicel app or on Digicel’s website

Will my unused minutes rollover?

Yes. You can rollover up to a balance of 5,000 minutes.

No, text messages are not included in the Prime Bundle and ordinary rates for SMS are applicable. Please see text messaging rates below.

If my data allotment for an app is finished, can I transfer the data allotment for another app to keep using that app?

 

 

No. However, you can continue to use the app by purchasing a Data Add-on for that app. You can also use your any-use data or via Wi-Fi to keep using the app.

Will my unused data from digital apps rollover?

 

Yes. However, your rollover data balance will not exceed 60GB.

 

When my Prime Bundle expires, how much time will I have to save my unused data?

 

You have until midnight (11:59:59PM) the day after the plan expires to activate a new Prime Bundle and keep a maximum of 12GB of unused data. Example: if your bundle expires October 27 at 2:06PM and you have 14GB of unused data, you will have until Oct 28 at 12:01AM to activate a new Prime Bundle and keep only 12GB of your unused data.

Will Digicel let me know when my apps data bundle is finished?

 

Yes. We will let you know once your bundle allotment has reached 50MB.
