September 1, 2022 – Price & Credit Limit Increase

 

 

1.       Why the rate increase at this time?

 

We continue to monitor how our customers utilise our services, and found that they want more data and minutes in their preferred bundles, so that they always remain connected to the people and things they love.

 

Based on their preferences, we are responding by doubling the amount of any-use data they receive on our Prime Intro postpaid plan – moving from 5GB to 10GB.

 

In terms of Prepaid, we have added up to 25% or more data on selected Prime Bundles, plus up to 50% more local minutes for worry-free calling on some Prime Prepaid bundles.

 

In line with these additional benefits, we introduced a moderate increase on Prepaid Prime Bundles. It is important to note that this increase does not affect our 14-day or 28-day Prepaid Prime Bundles, the latter of which now includes 25% more data at no extra cost.

 

Older Prepaid and Postpaid plans have also seen a moderate price increase, however, we are encouraging our customers to migrate to any of our value-packed Prime Bundles, now with data for Spotify, Apple Music, and HBO Max apps. Award-winning LTE network quality continues to be standard on all plans.

 

These changes take effect on July 25, 2022 for Prepaid, and September 1, 2022 for Postpaid.

 

2.     Will customers receive an adjustment in their credit limit to facilitate the increased subscriptions?

 

Yes. Where applicable, customers credit limit will be set at twice their new monthly subscription.

 

3.     When will the new Credit Limit take effect?

 

The new limit will take effect on September 1, 2022.

 

4.     Will customers receive a notification about this change?

 

Yes. Customers will receive notifications of the change via SMS, email and bill notification.
