What are the new changes to Digicel International Calling Plans for customers?
As of October 22, 2021, Prepaid customers will be no longer be able to call UK numbers with the Digicel International Calling Plans.
Effective November 15, 2021, Postpaid customers will be no longer be able to call UK numbers with the Digicel International Calling Plans. Customers on the Prime Core and Plus plans will now be able to call UK mobile ONLY from their international minutes allotment.
What are the new UK Calling Plans?
We have created a new suite of plans that you may now activate to make calls and send SMS to UK mobiles ONLY.

How will customers be notified of these changes?
We will send text messages to affected prepaid customers and Postpaid customers will also receive an email on the below dates:
Prepaid Customers: SMS on October (14, 19, 22) 2021
Postpaid Customers:
Email on October (15, 29), 2021 and November 15, 2021
SMS on October 29, 2021
Why the change in Calling Destinations?
These changes are in direct response to the UK Regulator passing on a cost increase in connecting calls to that destination.. By ensuring that we give our customers more of what they want to stay connected while making slight adjustments to keep in line with the cost of delivering these services, our customers continue to enjoy the value of connecting on our award-winning LTE network.
Will I be able to buy a UK Add-on with an International Calling plan?
Yes, the UK Add-Ons are accessible by customers with an active Intl Calling Plan.
Will I be able to send SMS from the Add-Ons?
No. The add-ons will only provide minutes for voice calls (Mobile) to the UK.
Can I call any number in the UK?
Customers may call UK mobiles ONLY with the UK Plans
Will my unused minutes rollover?
Yes. However, it will be capped at 5,000 minutes.
