(“Promotional Period”)

 

 “We” or “us” means Digicel (Jamaica) Limited, a company registered under the laws of Jamaica with registered offices at 14 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston, Jamaica. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.

 

“I” or “You” means the person participating in this promotion.

 

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.

 

1.     What are the mechanics of the Father’s Day Handset Promotion ?

 

The “Father’s Day”  Handset Promotion (“the Promotion”) is available to Digicel Prepaid customers who attend any authorized Digicel retail store islandwide and purchase any LTE smartphone (“eligible handset”) during the Promotional Period.

 

Such customers will be eligible for the following benefits:

·       Purchase  of an eligible handset only – The customer will receive a free 7 Day Brawta Plan, which will be automatically activated by the Dealer.

 

·       Purchase of an eligible handset + upgrade to or activate a 14 Day Brawta Plan - The customer will receive 100 GB of  Bonus Data. The customer will be required to have the relevant credit  to complete plan activation. Activations will be completed by the Dealer Representative. The  Bonus Data is only valid for duration of the plan.

 

·       Purchase of an eligible handset + upgrade to or activate a 28 Day Brawta Plan - The customer will receive 100GB of Bonus Data with the purchase of an eligible handset + an activation of the 28 Day Brawta Bundle. The customer will be required to have the relevant credit to complete plan activation. Activations will be completed by the Dealer Representative. The  Bonus Data is only valid for duration of the plan.

 

2.       What handsets are eligible for this promotion?

Any LTE smartphone purchased from an authorized Digicel dealer from during the Promotional Period. Please note that the offer is only valid while stocks last.

 

3.       How long will the Bonus Data be valid?

The Bonus Data will be valid in keeping with the duration of the respective promotional Prime Plan (i.e. 14 or 28 day Brawta Plan).  It will not auto renew. Once the customer transits to any other plan, the bonus will be removed.

4.       How can my Bonus Data be used?

The Bonus Data may be used for any purpose, for example:

·            Streaming the internet 

·            Accessing YouTube

·            Social application (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat)

·            Accessing Digicel Digital Apps

5.       What does the Prime Bundles entail?

7.     How can I check my Bonus Data?

The Bonus Data may be checked by viewing the MyDigicel App or by dialling *147#.

 

8.     Will customers be notified when the Bonus Data is depleted?

Customers  will receive a text alert at the following data usage points of your Bonus Data allowance.
