1.       What are the Big Data Plans?

The Big Data Plans are our new suite of value-packed data and talk plans, which allow your relatives living in the USA, Canada, UK, and other international territories the opportunity to send data based plans to you here in Jamaica. These plans will ONLY be available for purchase internationally via www.DigicelInternational.com.

3.       Will I be able to receive these plans?

Yes, you can receive these plans if you are active on Digicel Jamaica’s prepaid network.

 

4.       Where can I call with the unlimited local minutes?

You may use the unlimited minutes given on the Big Data Plans to place local calls to:

o   Local Digicel Landline

o   Local Digicel Mobile

 

 

5.       Will customers willWill I be able to rollover my main data?

Yes, you are given unlimited rollover for main data once the plan early renews. For example, if you receive ANY Big Data plan while on an existing Big Data Plan. Once you receive a new Big Data plan, the plan will be valid for the duration of the longest longer plan.

 

 

6.       If I am within the grace period and reactivate the Big Data Plan, will I keep all my data bundle?

When you are within the grace period (until 11:59 PM on the day of expiry) and then receive a new Big Data Plan, you will be allowed to keep 12GB data max from the old plan plus the data given with the new plan.

 

7.       Will the Diaspora Data Bundle auto auto-renew?

No. The plan will NOT auto-renew as activation should only be triggered by international purchases, as mentioned above.

8.       Will the Diaspora Data Bundle be available for activation via the UMM or MDA?

         No. These plans will not be available for activation via UMM or MDA.

9.       How can I check my data balance?

Data Balance check can be completed via UMM, *120*9#, and MDA.

10.   Will I be able to transit between Big Data Plans?

 

Yes, you can transit between Big Data Plans.
