All Digicel consumer customers will get a chance to win top tier prizes and exclusive experiences in the Caribbean. Customers will get a chance to win these prizes daily.

The qualifying criteria, i.e. an entry for the promotion, will be granted to customers who:

o Prepaid Customers:

    ü  Be on an active Prime Brawta Plan (3-day or higher)

    ü  Complete a Port-In

    ü  Purchase and activate a new SIM

    ü  Buy entries for $100 via *142#

           - 1, 2, 5 Entries for promotion (USSD)

                         - Multiple purchases in the same day, will give an entry per purchase

o   Diaspora customers:

    ü  Recharge - USD$20 or more in value for diaspora top-ups through select vendors

    ü  Be active on an eligible prepaid Diaspora plan

    o  7-Day Diaspora plan, 14-Day Diaspora plan = 1 Entry for promotion

    o  28-Day diaspora plan = 2 Entries for promotion

o   Postpaid customers:

    ü  Do not have an outstanding bill (i.e. be in an active state)

Entries will be given for the below activities:

The following customers are not eligible for the promotion:

    ü  Employees and immediate family members

    ü  Customer Care/ NewComm promotional blacklisted numbers

    ü  Corporate GSM postpaid and prepaid CUG Numbers

    ü  Postpaid customers with overdue balance

    ü  All Winners from 4 Cars in 4 Weeks promotion

    ü  All Grand Prize Winners from 40 in 40 promotion  

Activation of the below Prime Bundles will qualify a Prepaid customer for an entry in the promotion.

Entries will be granted for diaspora customers who have the following active subscriptions:

An eligible Diaspora recharge can be made at any of the following select vendors:

No, customers may enter the promotion as many times as they wish. More entries will give them more chances to win.

A customer may only win once during the promotional period

No, there will not be a Grand Prize draw.

Three (3) calls will be made to the selected winner, if there is no response, the next eligible customer in-line will be contacted until a successful answer for a winner is found.  All calls to customers will be via 876-619-5000.

Customers can redeem their prize by following the instructions of the Digicel representative who will contact them.

Conditions for prize redemption:

·         iPhones: Customer number must be registered to the recipient to be claimed. If not registered, the customer will be given 24 hours to do so.

The amount the customer tops up with will be used to repay the loan amount immediately. The remaining balance will be repaid upon the next top-up until the loan is paid in full.
