Nuff, Nuff Data Terms and Conditions

1. Which data plans give me “nuff data”?                                                                              

Of course, our crowd-favourite 2-Day plan is still there for you to choose. Now, we’ve added another power-packed data option included below:

  • 250MB 2day – JMD $140
  • 325MB 2 day– JMD $180
  • 600MB 7 day – JMD $330
  • 1.2GB 14 day – JMD $600 
  • 6GB 28 day - JMD $2,250


2. How do I activate a “nuff, nuff data” plan?

Activating a data plan is super easy. Use the My Digicel app, or visit the Nuff Nuff data plans page at www.digicelgroup.com/jm or dial *147# to access the Prepaid Service Menu.


3. I have unused data from my data plan, will my data rollover if I purchase a Data and Voice bundle or vice-versa?              

Yes. Customers are able to benefit from data rollover between a Data Plan & Quick Pick/Data+Talk bundle once the new purchase is done within Digicel’s  ‘grace period’ as published from time to time on the Digicel website which is currently 24 hours after expiry of the relevant plan. Any data rolled over during this period will be capped at 12GBs. You can however enjoy Unlimited Rollover once your plan auto-renews or if you repurchase your plan before it expires.  N.B. All plans expire exactly at the end of its duration. For example, a 2 day plan activated at 10:00AM on Monday will expire at 10:00AM on Wednesday.


4. What happens if the megabytes in my data plan are depleted before the plan expires?

Remember, no surprises. You will not pay overage charges. Instead, you can purchase a new Data plan or one of our various data Add-Ons to stay connected.


5. Can I opt-out of auto-renew of my data plan?

Sure. Dial *147# or use the My Digicel App to view and manage your plan.


6. Who can benefit from the new Data plans?

All Digicel prepaid customers can enjoy the value and convenience of our new Data plans.


7. How will I be notified when my Data plan expires?                                                           

You will receive a friendly reminder letting you know that your plan is about to expire. If you do not activate a new Data plan, we'll send you another reminder, just in case you forgot.


8. Can I activate an Add-on if I want more data?

 Go right ahead. Choose from 4 convenient options to keep going with more megabytes. Now, we've also added two new voice add-ons to help keep you connected:

9. What can I do with my Data Add-Ons?

You can use your data add-ons to browse, stream the net, chat, or update your favourite apps and websites.


10. How will I know when my Add-On is active?

You will receive a message confirming that your Add-on is active.


11. When does my Add-On expire?

Your Add-Ons will expire at the same time as your current bundle except for the 1GB data add-on which will be valid only for 2 days after it has been confirmed as activated.


12. If my "Nuff Nuff Data” plan expires, can I keep using my Add-On?

Unfortunately, the 50MB Data or 100MB Social Add-ons will expire when your bundle or plan expires. If you have a 1GB data add-on however, you will be able to continue using the add-on once another Data & Talk bundle or Data only plan is activated and once this is before the 2 day add-on expiration period for the 1GB data add-on.


13. How long are the data Add-ons valid for?                                               

The 50MB Data, 100MB Social add-ons are valid for the duration of your Data Bundle. The 1GB Data add-on is valid for up to 2 days after confirmation of its activation. If you activate the 1GB add-on on the last day of your bundle or plan, you will be able to continue using the add-on up to the end of it’s 2 day validity once another bundle or plan is activated.


14. Can I rollover unused data from my 1GB data add-on?

No, unfortunately your 1GB data add-on is only valid for 2 days and cannot rollover.


15. If my bundle or plan expires before my 1GB add-on can I still use the add-on?

No, you can only use the data from your 1GB add-on if your bundle or plan is active or you have activate a new bundle or plan before the 2 day expiration period.


16. What happens when the megabytes from my Data add-ons are finished?

You'll receive a friendly text message giving you options to renew your bundle or buy more megabytes (we call them ‘Add-ons’).


Additional Terms and Conditions

  • This Product is offered for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of this promotion.
  • Digicel reserves the right to terminate your use of this Product forthwith without notice if in its sole opinion the promotion is being abused by you.
  • Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) this Product being offered to its customer at its discretion.
  • Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without the notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of its Product. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the Product, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.
  • Customers should be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made via the use of a USSD code from a mobile handset shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset.
  • The terms and conditions which apply to any plan are those published on the Digicel website at the time that you activate a plan. These will only apply for the plan duration. If you manually or automatically activate a plan that you have previously activated then the terms and conditions that apply are those published at the time of your most recent activation.
  • Subject to the above, the standard Prepaid, Postpaid and 4G terms and conditions shall apply
