1.    What is D’Music?

D’Music is a digital streaming music service that features a catalogue of over 40 million songs that our customers can may stream, listen or download.

D’Music is available as a mobile app on Android and iOS devices and is available for download via these app stores or at


2.    What is the D’Music Plan?

A D’Music plans allows Digicel Prepaid and Postpaid customers to gain access to a wide array of music content of their choice while using the D’Music mobile app.

3.    What is the D’Music free month of service offer?

This is for new Digicel customers to sign up and get instant access to the entire D’Music catalog of music for one month.

To start a free month, simply go to the MyDigicel app, choose a plan and the free option. After which the customer will enter their email, set a password, and start listening.

Customers will not be charged during their free trial, and they can cancel at any time. After their trial ends, they’ll be automatically charged a monthly fee for the next 30 days of use.


4.    Who can activate D’Music Plans?

All Digicel Prepaid and Postpaid customers are able to activate a D’Music Plan.

5.    How can customers activate a D’Music Plan?

·         Postpaid and Prepaid customers can activate the D’Music plans by using*147# Service Menu, MyDigicel App or the D’Music App.

·         When using the MyDigicel app, customers will select ‘Menu’, then ‘Plans’ to view available D’Music plans.

·         Customers are required to subscribe to a D’Music plan before being able to access the D’Music app.

7.    Will billing for the D’Music plans be prorated for Postpaid customers?

Yes. The price customers pay will be based on the amount of days left in their billing cycle.


8.    What does Top Chart plans allow access to?

Customers are able to create 5 playlists of their choice. They also have the option to change their playlists every seven days. Access to the Top 40 music list in the D’Music App comes as atandard.


9.    Do customers get bundles with the activation of a D’Music Plan?

Yes. Customers can choose from our selection of plans with data and minutes.


10.  How do customers check their available balance for the D’Music streaming bundle?

·         We have three easy ways: via the MyDigicel app, the Service Menu *147# or the D’Music streaming balance that will be displayed in Data.


11.  What happens to the Prepaid D’Music bundles when the data plan expires?

·         The D’Music bundle will be removed along with any other unused data associated with that data plan.

12.  How will customers know that their Prepaid D’Music bundle allotment has been exhausted?

Customers will receive the following text message once they have exhausted the allotted D’Music bundles:

“You are out of data for D’Music. Standard data charges will now apply for streaming D’Music”.


13.  What happens when the Prepaid D’Music bundle is exhausted?

Once D’Music data have been exhausted, the customer will begin to use regular data in their existing plan to continue streaming music. Once their regular data is finished, we will send the customer a text message to let them know that Pay-as-You-Go rate will apply, should they choose to continue using mobile data.

14.  Will customers’ unused D’Music streaming bundles rollover when they renew, purchase additional data or activate a new Prepaid data plan?

No. Rollover is not a D’Music feature.


15.  What type of music can customers access on the app?

With over 40 million songs, customers be able to select from a wide range of music from all genres.

16.  Are customers able to download tracks/music from D’Music?

Yes. The service allows downloading of music content.

17.  Do customers need a Prepaid data plan to stream on D’Music?

A data plan is only required when customers have an active Access only plan.  If the customer does not wish to activate a data plan, they should proceed to activating an access + data bundle D’Music plan.

18.  Can I use D’Music via Wi-Fi?

Yes. The service is accessible over Wi-Fi once the customer has an active D’Music plan. Customers can also utilise the OFFLINE feature which allows them to listen to songs they have downloaded without needing any internet connection.

19.  Will the use of the service over Wi-Fi deplete the D’Music bundle?

No. the use of the service over Wi-Fi will not deplete the D’Music streaming bundle allotment.


20.  Will customers’ Prepaid D’Music plan auto renew?

Yes. The plans will auto-renew once there is sufficient funds available. A confirmation message will be received once d’ Music plan is successfully renewed.

21.  Can customers do an early renewal or repurchase their prepaid D’Music plan before it expires?

Yes. Prepaid D’Music plans can be renewed early or repurchased anytime customers choose.


22.  Will customers be able to cancel renewal of the D’Music plan?

Yes. Customers may cancel auto renewal via the MyDigicel app or via the UMM Menu (*147#).
