2.       What time does the Concert begin?

Ans: The Concert begins at 6:00pm, however guests are to arrive by 5:00pm. 

3.       Is this Concert Kids friendly?

Ans: No, attendees must be 18 years or older to attend.

4.       How do I qualify for tickets?

Ans:  a) Visit a Retail Store and complete any of the following actions:

-          Purchase a Smartphone bundle (prepaid or postpaid)

-          Upgrade or activate a Postpaid Plan.

-          Sign Up for Digicel+

-          Top up with 1000 or more

-          Buy any Sim

                        b) Digicel+

      -    be an active Digicel+ Customer

         c) Prepaid: Be on an active 7Day Plus Brawta plan and

             to opt-in on the MDA daily from April 1-17, 2026

         d) Postpaid: Be on an active Postpaid Prime plan and

              opt-in on the MDA daily from April 1-17, 2026

5.       Which Retail Store can I get this offer?

Tickets are available at retail stores islandwide.

6.        How will I know if I won tickets?

Ans: Customers will receive a phone call from a Digicel representative from 1-876-619-5000 advising them that they have won tickets and how to redeem them.

7.       How many ticket/s am I entitled to?

Ans: Two (2).

8.       Can I buy additional tickets?

Ans: No, you cannot. You may reassign your tickets by providing the email address and phone number of the person you wish to reassign tickets to.

9.       How do I redeem my tickets?

Ans: The tickets are digital tickets. Customers will receive an email from noreply@plugaccess.com which will contain the ticket in a PDF form. Customers must download the PDF Ticket within 48 hours of receiving.
