An experienced, customer-focused thought leader and strategist, Stephen Rodriguez has a deep passion for meeting and exceeding our customers’ high expectations.
In his role as Director of Customer Operations, Stephen orchestrates and fine tunes processes that support our delivery of ever-increasing levels of service excellence. He’s constantly focused on strengthening our award-winning Customer Care team by enabling them to deliver on our Five Promises to our customers.
With over 20 years’ experience in call center management and customer experience, Stephen is highly skilled in business optimisation, customer relations and insights.
Prior to joining Digicel Jamaica, Stephen was the Director of Customer Operations & Customer Experience for Digicel Trinidad & Tobago, having worked in similar roles at Charter Communications and Cablevision Systems in the USA.
A former US Marine, Stephen holds an MBA and BSc. in Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, it comes as no surprise that Stephen is a Knicks fan who also enjoys outdoor adventures and spending time with his five children.
