Stephen Murad

Stephen is a high-caliber leader with a proven strategic and operational track record. An experienced telecom professional, Stephen started with Digicel in 2015 as the Chief Commercial Officer for our Turks and Caicos operations. One year later, he was named Chief Executive Officer and got to work refining our target market while expanding and optimising our sales opportunities, using a boundary-pushing, integrated approach.

Stephen also worked as our Head of Customer Analytics, Regional Chief Commercial Officer, and more recently, Cluster CEO for four markets.

With extensive experience in implementing sales strategy using a multi-channel approach, Stephen’s hands-on style and deft change-management skills support our mission to deliver world-class customer experiences, revenue growth and profitability.

As our CEO, Stephen leads a talented, results-driven team with a solid reputation for delivering lasting value and award-winning service to our customers. Along with his underlying mission to maintain Digicel as the provider of choice for all Jamaicans, Stephen is driven by a desire to create a prosperous organisational culture that empowers our employees to flourish personally and professionally.

A fellow Carmel College, St. Helens alum, Stephen honed his leadership skills and creative flair to generate new strategies and innovative approaches that produce solid returns on investment and improved customer engagement.

In more ways than one, Stephen’s heart belongs to Jamaica, having made the island his home for over six years, and counting.
