Shelley is a top producing office management professional who serves as the primary administrator for the CEO’s Office. She has over 10 years’ experience in providing reports, dashboards, scheduling and overall operational management to the CEO’s Office.
Prior to joining the Digicel Customer Care team in 2001, Shelley served in the education sector for 10 years. In transitioning from Customer Care to Administration, Shelley leveraged her excellent service delivery skills to ensure seamless execution of executive-level tasks.
Shelley holds a BSc. in Pure & Applied Sciences from the University of the West Indies (Mona), and professional certifications in Project Management and Public Relations. She is also a commissioned Justice of the Peace for the parish of Kingston.
Whenever she manages to take a break from running our lives, Shelley enjoys driving out to the country or to the beach, as well as catching up on her reading.
