Nicholas is an accomplished telecommunication professional with a passion for developing and optimising customer-focused strategies for mobile and digital products that enhance consumers’ lifestyles.
With over seven years’ experience in the ICT and education industry, Nicholas has built up a strong history of creating value propositions that generate exceptional customer satisfaction and drive brand trust.
Before joining Digicel Jamaica, Nicholas held several leadership roles in Digicel Trinidad and Tobago, including Director of Strategy and Insight, Head of Data Analytics, and Head of Customer Value Management.
Nicholas earned his MSc in Computer Science, and is reading for his Ph.D. in the discipline. He also holds several technical certifications in programming, machine learning and cloud orchestration.
When he takes a break from analysing algorithms, Nicholas enjoys hitting the gym and watching Japanese anime.
