Christine Morrison

Christine has direct responsibility for developing an effective HR strategy and world-class policies that positively support employees at every stage of their Digicel journey. 

Her stellar record of accomplishment spans over 30 years, during which she acquired vast knowledge and expertise in Business Transformation, Change Management, Negotiations, Relationship Management, Human Capital Transformation and Talent Management among other areas which she has applied to her numerous senior managerial roles at Blue Chip companies across the Caribbean and the Middle East. She is also a highly respected Change Management Specialist, Transformation, and HR Subject Matter Expert. 

Christine earned her MBS for Financial Specialists from The University of Manchester in the United Kingdom, then later advanced her studies with a Post-MBA Diploma in Advanced Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Canada. She spent several years serving in the Banking & Financial Services sector before redirecting her purpose towards Human Capital Programmes, Organization Transformation and Change Management.

Christine will ensure we continue to uphold the people-centric approach to our internal operations. 

In her downtime she enjoys trying new eateries off the beaten path, being surrounded by nature and water and thoroughly enjoys a good outdoor lyme with close friends. She also loves to demonstrate her culinary skills in the kitchen.
