Charmaine Daniels

With a belief that wherever Digicel grows, so too the communities it serves, Charmaine Daniels leads the Digicel Foundation as CEO. In this role, she develops and forges strategic partnerships with our communities by leading corporate-wide philanthropic initiatives that create positive social impact in the areas of Special Needs, Education, and Social Enterprise. Charmaine and her staff are responsible for helping to create a world where no one gets left behind.

With over 21 years’ experience in telecoms, Charmaine brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic planning, networking, and operations. She has held several managerial roles, including Store Operations Manager for Digicel Group and Head of Group Retail.

Charmaine earned a BSc. in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and multiple professional certifications, including accreditations from the Stanford University and Wharton School of Business.

An avid volunteer, Charmaine is also involved in spiritually enriching lives through the Transformed Life Church where she serves as a member of the board.
