Alethia Tomlinson

Her legal experience spans over 13 years, which brings to us a great deal of skill in negotiation, operational decision-making and internal compliance. Alethia will support our efforts with managing risks while ensuring that we secure the most beneficial legal and regulatory outcomes. We will also rely on her keen insights to spot opportunities that will enable our business to thrive while serving our customers even better. 

Alethia is a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica. She has served as Case Progression Officer and Clerk of Courts with the St. James Parish Court prior to joining the Attorney General’s Chambers as Acting General Counsel. She later served as Acting Director of the Legal Services and Asset Management Unit in the Ministry of Finance and Public Service. Prior to joining Digicel, Alethia was Director of the Legal Affairs Division for the Jamaica Constabulary Force.
