3. What is the validity of this plan?
We offer 5 bundles with validity periods of 30days, 15days, 7days, 1day and 1hour. The customer receives an additional discount of 60HTG (2HTG/day) on the monthly plan, 22.5HTG (1.5HTG) on the semi-monthly plan and 7HTG (1HTG/day) on the weekly plan.
4. How do I buy this plan?
The customer must dial the short code *509# or purchase via the MyDigicel app to subscribe to the plan of his or her choice.
5. What is the purchase limit on these bundles?
The customer can buy these bundles at any time and several times a day.
6. How do I check my balance?
You must dial the short code *120*1#.

All prepaid customers
