DIGICEL “10GB Any Use Data On Us” Promotion
Terms and Conditions

These Digicel 10GB Any Use Data On Us (the “Promotion”) terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion. You should read these Terms carefully before participating.
“We” or “us” means Unigestion Holding S.A. (« Digicel Haïti »), a company registered under the laws of Haïti with registered offices at # 151, Av. Jean Paul II & Impasse Duverger, Turgeau, Port-au-Prince, Haïti. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “you” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18) and have not received parental consent by way of the execution of the applicable Participation & Consent form you should not participate in the Promotion.
1. What is the Digicel “10GB Any Use Data On Us” Promotion?
The Digicel “10GB Any Use Data On Us” Promotion is a limited promotional offering whereby new and existing prepaid customers who participate in the Promotion will receive 10 GB of any use mobile data and thereafter the benefit of receiving 10 GB monthly mobile data during the Reward Period (defined below), (collectively called the “Offers”).
2. What are the Offers?
i. Existing Customers:
A. You shall receive 10 GB of any use mobile data upon purchase of a PaleNètExtra7J plan during the Promotional Period.
B. After the Promotional Period, you shall receive 10 GB of any use data monthly for a period of thirty (30) days during the Reward Period upon PaleNètExtra7J renewal [upon expiry or within grace period]
ii. New Customers/New Purchases
A. You shall receive 10 GB of any use mobile data upon purchase of a PaleNetExtra7 plan during the Promotional Period;
B. After the Promotional Period, you shall receive 10 GB of any use data monthly for a period of thirty (30) days during the Reward Period upon Christmas plan renewal [upon expiry or within grace period]

The Christmas Plan is the plan below :

4. When does the Promotion start and end?
The Promotion is valid from November 29, 2022 to December 31, 2022 (the “Promotional Period”).
5. When is the Reward Period?
The Reward Period is valid from date of purchase during the Promotional Period until November 30, 2023.
6. Who can participate in the Promotion?
The following persons are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
a. New and existing Digicel prepaid mobile customers.
Participants must also be at least eighteen (18) years old.
7. How do I participate in the Promotion?
Follow these steps to participate in the Promotion:
New and Existing Customers:
Step 1: Purchase the Christmas Plan through the MyDigicel App or UMM code between November 29 and December 31, 2022. Upon purchase, you will receive 10 GB of mobile data.
Step 2: Renew your Christmas Plan upon expiry or up to 2 days after plan expiry to benefit for the duration of the Reward Period.
Step 3: Continue to renew your Christmas Plan upon expiry or up to 2 days after plan expiry every month for the duration of the Reward Period to benefit.
8. Will I be notified when to participate?
Yes. During the Promotional Period, you will receive daily alerts via SMS, push and/or in-app notification inviting you to participate.
9. Will my unused mobile data rollover when I renew my Christmas Plan?
No, you must use your 10GB Data before your Christmas Plan expires or within grace period.
10. Are there any restrictions on how I can use my 10GB Data?
No, you can use your 10GB Data in any manner you choose.
11. Can I check my data balance?
You can check your data balance in the MyDigicel App.
12. How long will my 10GB last?
Your 10 GB mobile data will last for the duration of your Christmas plan or up to two (2) days after the expiration of your Christmas Plan.
13. Can I switch my Christmas Plan during the Promotional Period?
No, you cannot switch to a different Christmas Plan during the Promotional Period. You must continue to renew the Christmas Plan you initially chose in order to benefit from the Reward.
Additional Terms and Conditions
A. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use.
B. You are required to use a compatible smartphone to run the App and participate in the Promotion. A compatible smartphone is an Android (OS 4.0 or higher) or Apple (iOS 2.0 or higher) smartphone.
C. We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused.
D. We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you, at our discretion.
E. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for connectivity and data usage in relation to your participation in the Promotion, including but not limited to withholding tax or any other applicable tax.
F. You may not participate in this Promotion while roaming.
G. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the MyDigicel mobile application. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.
I. You agree to take part in any promotional, marketing or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by Digicel. By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image, photograph for any and all programming and/or publicity or advertising purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media and formats used by Digicel’s or its agencies, without further compensation, throughout the world in perpetuity. If you refuse to do so, you forfeit your right to claim the prize if you are selected as the winner.
