6.   What do I need to buy a handset?

ID and a valid prepaid Digicel SIM Card is required to purchase a handset.

a.    What if I need a SIM Card?

SIM cards are an additional cost of $2500. You will need a form of ID and recent proof of address.

 

7.   Are the phones unlocked?

Only a Digicel SIM will work in the devices.

 

8.   What am I receiving with the phone?

All promotional handsets will come with a:

9.   How long warranty am I given?

All devices carry a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty and does not cover physical or water damages.

 

 

10.What do I do if it is a manufacturing issue?

You will be required to return to the store from where it was purchased along with your ID and receipt.

 

11.What happens when I return?

Devices will be inspected and sent to the technical team after completing a Return Form.

 

12.How long does this process take?

Repair process will take approximately 14 working days after leaving the store. You will be loaned a phone during this period.
