Prepaid customers have several options on activating Mega Bundles. These are
- Activate via UMM (dial *136# and select Mega Bundles then your desired plan)
- Activate via MDA | Open MDA and select Plans and Bundles, then Mega Bundles
- You can also visit the nearest Retail Store where our friendly staff will assist you
The plan can be activated from the MyDigicel app or by dialling the short code *136#, which will take you to a menu of options to choose the plan that you desire.
The MyDigicel app is the best place for self-service with your Digicel account. You can check your data balance by opening the MyDigicel App.
No, the Digicel Mega Data Plans do not include data for apps. Any data usage will take from your main data allotment.
