BiP Spin and Win Christmas

The Promotion is valid from December 9, 2020 through to January 8, 2021 (the “Promotional Period”).

All users of the App who are subscribed to the “Chat with Santa” Discover channel (the “Channel”) may participate in the Promotion.

Exclusions

The following persons cannot claim any gifts in the Promotion:

a.    Any person who, at any time on or after April 1st, 2020, was or is a director, officer, employee, or agent of Digicel [Market] [RIM1] or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies, independent contractors or suppliers of services to Digicel [Market][RIM2] ;

b.    Any person who is not a legal resident of [Market][RIM3] ; and

c.     Any person under the age of 13.
