Who can benefit from the bonus data?
All new Digicel prepaid customers who activate a new sim card and all Digicel prepaid customers when buying an applicable smartphone, during the Promotional Period.
How does my free bonus data work?
The bonus will be allocated only if the monthly plan that is activate means the condition each month. The validity period of the bonus data will be the validity of the plan.
Can I use my bonus data when roaming?
No. The bonus data can only be used for local data usage, it does not apply for roaming.
How often will I receive my free bonus data?
You will receive your bonus data every month during the Promotional Period once the plan activation criteria is met every month.
If my free bonus data is depleted, am I able to continue accessing data services?
Yes. Once your free bonus is depleted, customers will have the option to continue their data session using an existing plan or buy a new Quick Pick bundle or data plan by visiting p.mydigicel.net.
Will my bonus data automatically renew?
No, your free bonus data will not auto-renew.
Will my bonus data rollover?
No. Your bonus data doesn’t apply for rollover, customers will lose any unused data.
Do I receive a notification after receiving my bonus data?
Yes. Customers will receive a SMS advising that they have successfully receive the bonus, the allotted data and usage period.
How can i Claim my bonus data?
Very easy, you just have to dial *172# to claim your first bonus data, the following bonus data will be activated automatically only if you actívate a quick pick plan for $28.00 or more each month.
How do I check my bonus data balance?
You have two ways:
1- Service Menu: Dial the relevant USSD code from your phone *140# - press option 2 to enter the ‘Balance check‘ sub-menu to see your available minutes and/or data balances.
2- My Digicel App – click on the app and go to ‘Accounts and Balances’ or access via p.mydigicel.net.
Do I receive a reminder of how much data I have left in my bonus?
Yes. You will receive a text message when you have reached the following balances:
- 25MB of data remaining
- 10MB of data remaining
- 0 MB of data remaining
What will happen if I don’t meet the plan activation criteria during 2 consecutive months?
You will keep what is yours!! The promotional benefit will remain until the plan activation requirement is met.
