How does the Shake It V3 Christmas Promotion work?

The promotion will be available daily with two type of shakes:

The more chances to win: Daily from Sunday to Friday, when customers buy a legacy plan or Prime Bundle.

The guaranteed Win: On Saturdays and other promotional days for customers with an active legacy plan or Prime Bundle.

When they shake and win:

·         They will be served with a list of rewards from which they can select one.

·         They can trade their default reward to another one in the list or they can gift to another Digicel mobile customer.

·         If the customer does not claim or gift a prize 24 hours after the win, the default reward will be activated on their account.

·         Within the 24- hour window, they still have the option to choose or gift the reward.

·         Customers can only win once daily

 

 

Who can participate in the Shake It V3 Christmas Promotion?

All Prepaid & Postpaid Customers.

 

What is the new Shake It Flow?

During Christmas, the new Shake It flow shall be as per below:

o   When a customer purchases an eligible plan from Sunday to Friday, he/she will receive a ‘Shake’ that is valid for 24 hours.

o   On Saturdays and other promotional days, customers with an active eligible plan will have a Shake for a guaranteed win.

Are there different plan segments for the Shake It V3 Promotion?

 

Yes. The eligible plan in the market shall be segmented into three different Tier based on the plan validity:

1-      Shake it Category 1: Tier 1 plan and bundle that have less than 7 days validity

2-      Shake it Category 2: Tier 2 plan and bundle that have validity between 7 and 14 days

3-      Shake it Category 3: Tier 3 plan and bundle that have a validity greater than 14 days.

Can I activate a Prime Bundle if I already have a plan on my account?

 

Yes. These plans are stand-alone. Therefore, they are compatible with all existing plans in the market. Customers will be able to win any other regardless of that type of subscription they already have.

These plans requires new dedicated account that must be exclusive to them.

How are the Bundle Plans activated on a customer’s account?

 

Prepaid: The only subscription channel for these plans shall be reward service. This means No USSD, no UMM, No CC portal activation channel required.

·         They shall be configured as stand-alone; no filter shall be applied to these plans preventing a customer from winning one of them.

·         They shall be configured on SIF to allow the winner to see the plans on MyDigicel

·         They shall only be configured on the active plan section on MyDigicel.

·         The new DA shall be configured on the app for customers to check their outstanding balance.

·         The priority of the DA shall be the highest compared to other DA in the market that are giving free data.

·         Shake it Digital Bundle DA à Shake it Unrestricted Data DA à Do Bundle Digital App DA à Do Bundle DA à Legacy Data DA à Main Account.

What is the Prime Bundle discount?

 

The Prime Bundle discount is a new type of reward that must be created on CAIN. While we will put a percentage of the cost of the plan on the document, the markets will create plans that give face value amount ($5, $10...).

When can a customer use their Prime Bundle discount?

When a customer wins a discount plan, the benefit will only apply on the next purchase or renewal of the Prime Bundle that is specific to that particular discount.

Can a customer win different discount plans?

 

Yes. Customers can win different discount plans simultaneously. (A user can have a 5% 1 day and 15% 30 active at the same time).

 

Can a customer get a Prime Bundle discount on any plan?

No. The discount is only applicable on the Eligible plan

If a customer already has a 5% discount, can he/she activate/receive another discount?

Each plan shall not allow multiple purchases, nor accumulation. If a customer already has 5% discount, he/she shall not be allowed to activate/ receive another 5% discount until it is claimed or expired

Yes. Customers can subscribe to multiple plans.

How can customers activate the Free Shake It Plan?

 

There is no USSD, UMM, CC portal subscription channel required, only Reward service shall be able to activate these plans.

 

Is there rollover available for the Free Shake It Plan?

Yes. When a customer rolls over, he/she shall carry over the outstanding balance. The validity shall be updated with the longer duration.

Can a customer activate more than one International Free Plan?

 

Yes. Customers can subscribe to multiple plans.

How can customers activate the International Free Plan

 

There is no USSD, UMM, CC portal subscription channel required, only Reward service shall be able to activate these plans.
