These Digicel “October Dash” Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion. You should read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.
“We” or “us” means Digicel Grenada Limited a company incorporated in Grenada having its registered office at Point Saline, St. George. References to “we, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “your” shall have the same meaning).
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to, or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of 18, you should not participate in this Promotion.
1. What is the Digicel “October Dash” Promotion?
From October 6, 2022 to October 31, 2022 (the “Promotional Period”), we will be offering rewards to new customers who switch to our Digicel prepaid and postpaid mobile service.
2. What kind of Rewards can I receive?
New Prepaid Customers
Our new Prepaid mobile service customers can receive one (1) of the following rewards:
i. A FREE SIM card and 7-Day Prime Bundle plan with Double data Reward when they sign up for mobile service from Digicel; OR
ii. A FREE SIM card when they purchase a DL4 handset for $100 when they sign up for mobile service from Digicel.
New Postpaid Customers
New Postpaid Customers can receive a FREE DL4 handset and 50% off their postpaid service for 6 months when they switch their mobile service to Digicel.
3. Who can participate in the Promotion?
Residents of Grenada with Double data who have switched their mobile service to Digicel during the Promotional Period can participate in the Promotion.
The following persons are excluded from participating in the Promotion:
a) Postpaid corporate and business account customers;
b) Any person who, at any time on or after April 1, 2022 was or is a director, officer, employee, or agent of Digicel Grenada or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies, independent contractors or suppliers of services to Digicel Grenada;
c) Families of our employees;
d) Persons under the age of eighteen (18); and
e) Persons who do not reside in Grenada.
4. How can I participate in the Promotion?
You can participate in the Promotion by completing the following steps:
Free SIM card and 7-Day Prime Bundle Plan with Double Data Reward
Step 1: Visit a Retail Store OR Sign up on our website, and then visit a Retail Store.
Step 2: Go to the customer care desk, where an agent will sign you up for your SIM card.
Discounted DL4 plus free 7 Day Prime Plus Bundle Reward
Step 1: Visit a Retail Store OR Sign up on our website, and then visit a Retail Store.
Step 2: Purchase a DL4 Handset in one of our stores to receive your reward.
Free DL4 plus 50% off postpaid service for 6 months Reward
Step 1: Sign up for a Digicel postpaid account.
Step 2: Receive your reward.
5. Will I be notified when to participate in the Promotion?
Yes, customers will be notified to participate throughout the Promotional Period via SMS, radio, and our social media pages & Digital ads.
6. What does the 7 Day Prime Bundle Plan Include?
Our 7-Day Prime Bundle includes: 10GB of Any Use Data*, Unlimited Local Calls & Text, and 49GB of Data each for TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, HBO Max, GoLoud, SportsMax, BiP, Loop,
The 7 Day Prime Plus Bundle on the SIM only offer comes with 20GBs data.*
Additional Terms and Conditions
A. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use.
B. You are required to use a compatible smartphone to run the App and participate in the Promotion. A compatible smartphone is an Android (OS 4.0 or higher) or Apple (iOS 2.0 or higher) smartphone.
C. We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused.
D. We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you, at our discretion.
E. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for connectivity and data usage in relation to your use of the App, and your redemption of the prize, including but not limited to withholding tax or any other applicable tax.
F. You may not participate in this Promotion while roaming.
G. The prize is non-transferable, and Digicel reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, or supersede the Promotion due to circumstances outside its control.
H. Digicel’s decisions, including the selection of a winner, are final and binding on all participants.
I. Upon accepting the prize, you will be responsible for reading and accepting any terms and conditions that may be associated with that prize.
J. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
K. If a prize is shown to be damaged or defective upon collection, or within seven (7) days from the date of collection, neither due to any fault of the winner nor as a result of any use or misuse of the prize after collection, the winner may contact us within that seven (7) day period to report the damage or defect and request a replacement.
L. If any of the prizes described above are unavailable, we may, at our discretion, substitute that prize with an alternative prize of equal value and/or specification. This also applies to replacements where a prize is found to be damaged or defective.
M. Participants must have complied with these Terms and Conditions to win.
N. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.
O. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent or sub-processor appointed by Digicel to carry out the Promotion. You further consent to Digicel's disclosure, use and publication of your name, nickname, image, voice, caricature, endorsement, signature, initials, reputation, autograph, address, country of birth and domicile, biographical data and/or likeness in connection with the exploitation, exhibition, distribution, advertising, publicity and promotion of the Promotion and the Digicel brand in all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, perpetually and without restriction. P. You agree to take part in any promotional, marketing or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by Digicel. By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image, photograph for any and all programming and/or publicity or advertising purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media and formats used by Digicel’s or its agencies, without further compensation, throughout the world in perpetuity. If you refuse to do so, you forfeit your right to claim the prize if you are selected as the winner.
